Yıldız is an exceptional teacher and artist. I had some experience with hand building and she tailored the wheel throwing classes for me by assessing my skill level. She is very thorough, and will go into the details of hand positioning, pressure and body posture. I attended four classes with her and I left knowing how to center, create basic shapes and trim on the wheel completely independently. She is also a well of knowledge for all things ceramics, and gave me tips on how to continue my practice. Yıldız, çok teşekkür ederim!
Not only great professionals, but also amazing human beings! This place will certainly stay as a very warm memory in my life story. During the ceramic pottery masterclass I made a surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Thanks to the studio masters - it went absolutely romantic! They arranged the perfect atmosphere for the special moment. We made two cups, and on the bottom of one I left a message "will you marry me?", and my emotions and shaking hands were engraved forever. Similar to her "yes" on the bottom of another cup. Even after the event, the studio owner was fantastically kind to help me with my personal problem, that literally saved my flight back home. So, I do not even know how to thank these amazing people. I wish all the very very best to the studio from the bottom of the heart of our new family!

Yıldız hanım çok bilgili ve bunu çok içten samimi bir şekilde aktarıyor. Dinlerken sıkılmıyorsunuz ve sizi atölyeye ait hissettiriyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. :)
Çok güzel bir ekip çalışması. Belli ki çok tecrübeliler. Basit bir atölye çalışması düzenlemiyorlar, kursları düşünsel yaratıcılık da içeriyor. Bir nevi sanat okulu gibi. Seramik alanında bir kez de olsa bir deneyim yaşamak isteyenlere, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Buradaki workshopa gitmedim fakat gitmeden nasıl bir yer olduğu hakkında tahminen fikir sahibi oldum.Az önce telefonda arayarak seramik hakkında fiyat bilgisi almak istedim,Normal olarak???.Sonuçta hani insanlar kendi durumlarına göre ve yerlerin fiyatlarına göre ekonomik şartlarına göre plan yaparlar ya haniii.Telefona çıkan şahıs fiyat alamazsınız,başka yere gidin,başka yere sorun gibi labali garip enteresan ve küçük insan üslubuyla konuşma şekline girdi.Gitmeme hic gerek kalmadı.İyi ki de gitmemişim bu tarz basit insanların yapacağı hizmet az çok ortadadır.
Ich war das erste Mal Keramik bemalen und war alleine mit Yıldız Hoca dort. Sie war so warm, herzlich und geduldig, dass ich mich gefühlt habe, als würde ich sie schon ewig kennen. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig, kreativ und perfekt für Anfänger.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, viel gelernt und hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit. Ich kann das Atelier wirklich jedem empfehlen

2006/ 2025 yılları arasında seramik çalışmaları yaptım. Bulunduğum şehirde kültür evinde sergi açtım. Serginin adı: Su, Ateş, Gökyüzü ,Toprak ve ikinci sergimde Hücreler olarak belirledim. Hollanda da Yaşadığım sürede sıkıntıları bu şekilde dillendirdim. Bildiğimiz gibi Dünyada bir insanlık var ve Tarihden buyana farklı medeniyetler var. Bu medeniyetleri birbirine yakınlaştıran Dinler tarihi vardır. Bunu takiben konumu belirledim ve tüm Dünyaya sundum.

We had a great afternoon with Yildiz! We were on vacation in Istanbul and it's a nice change from the usual activity. Yildiz is very pedagogical, patient and caring. It was a discovery for us, and we loved it! I recommend these workshops, even if you're a beginner, go for it!

Today I learned to paint ceramics with Turkish art. This was my first time painting a pottery piece. It was an amazing experience as I dint know what to expect but Yildiz was very kind and patient to teach me how to trust myself and start painting. I can recommend this class and the teacher.

Tolle, technisch kompetente Unterrichtsmethode. Viel systematischer und versierter als die Kurse, die ich bei anderen Lehrern besucht habe. Es braucht Geduld aber es lohnt sich! Liebe Grüsse!
We had a great 2 hour 1 to 2 wheel class with Yildiz. It was our first go on the wheel and Yildiz was incredibly patient, explaining everything and guiding us through the process. It was a fun course and we both had a beautiful pot, entirely thanks to Yildiz.
We only had 1 class so picked up our bisque fired pot a couple of days later after firing. Note your pot needs to be fired overnight so you need to pick it up later. If you have more time you can decorate and glaze your pot which requires an additional firing. If you don't have time to pick up your pot Yildiz can ship it to your hotel at additional cost.
We booked our course in advance over email. Yildiz packaged our pots so we could take them home.
Definitely recommend a course with Yildiz if you have time.

Nous sommes venus pour découvrir la poterie quasiment sans expérience et ce fut formidable !
Le cours dure plus ou moins deux heures, dans un atelier chaleureux et accessible.
Nous avons pris deux cours, un pour travailler l'argile et un autre le surlendemain pour peindre sur les vases et assiettes que nous avions fait.
L'atelier de peinture est une super expérience où nous écoutons un peu de musique et discutons avec Yıldız.
Tout au long des ateliers celle-ci nous donne des conseils et est très à l'écoute de nos "souhaits artistiques".
En somme, ce fut un plaisir d'offrir ces ateliers, mais aussi un immense plaisir d'y participer.

Mutlaka deneyim edilmesi gereken bir atölye. Ortam çok tatlı ve hoş. Yıldız Hanım enerjisi çok yüksek işini aşkla yapan birisi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, birkaç görsel ekliyorum. Çalışmalarını inceleyebilirsiniz.
Today I attended a private ceramics class and it was a very special experience. In short, it was therapy, art and meditation all rolled into one! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience
