The one star is for giving me water, unfortunately they wasted my time by making a huge confusion about MY name asking me to spell it in a specific way and then they did not want to pay me the money as the name was not the same as in Passport even though my name can be spelled correctly in 3 ways as one of my letter only exists in danish. When I was focused filling in a form they kept talking to my girlfriend about MY name and how it had to be spelled and even they did so much talking about my name they did not want to pay the money. They say, we want to help but really they did just confuse us and the English skills was terrible.

Very good office, open weekend. Till 22.00 so anytime i can take or send money. Man who works there, really try to help with transfers. Iyi bir yer , açık 22.00 ye kadar haftasonu bile. Memnun kaldım, yardımcı oluyorlar sorun olsa da, Ilgileniyorlar
