I have never seen a Western Union office this unprofessional. I previously had a bad experience at another nearby branch and simply shared my review online. When I came to this office, they asked me to delete my review about the other branch in order to release my money. This is unacceptable and shameful!!! Shame to you !!! I do not recommend this office at all.

I had a positive experience at this Western Union. The staff were kind and clear about what they had available - I specifically needed USD cash. They told me they had $1000 on hand. I was able to make my transfer to myself online and pick up the cash in minutes. They need to copy your passport as part of their procedures. The USD cash was clean and in $100 bills.

Çalışan çok harikaydı, adı Ahmed, Arapça, İngilizce ve Türkçe konuşuyor ve yardımcı oldu. الموظف كان رائعاً جداً، اسمه أحمد، يتحدث العربية والإنجليزية والتركية وكان متعاوناً. The employee was so great, his name is Ahmed, he speaks Arabic, English and Turkish and was helpful.

This is the only Western Union location in Taksim Square which seemed to have any US dollars available for pick up. Excellent service!
