Today we did the hot air balloon activity. We’ve had this experience in other countries before, and in comparison we felt that there was a lack of explanation about how the logistics would work and about the safety procedures.
A few minutes after takeoff, the pilot made a maneuver that we didn’t fully understand, and the basket hit against a rock. Fortunately, nothing serious happened, but it left us feeling tense for the rest of the flight

Verebilsem sıfır puan verirdim. Hiç güvenilir değiller. Belirli bir fiyata anlaştık. Telefonda konuşurken sezonun sakin olması nedeniyle gün değişikliğinin rahat olduğunu ve fiyatın aynı kalacağını söylemişlerdi. Sonra uçuşumuz hava koşulları sebebiyle iptal oldu. Kendilerine yer varsa ertesi güne geçmek istediğimizi söyledik ama bize geri dönüş yapmadılar. Biz kendilerini aradığımızdaysa bize yardımcı olmak yerine bizden anlaştığımız fiyatın neredeyse iki katını istediler. Tüm gün kendilerinden haber bekledik. Müşteri memnuniyetinden haberleri yok. Önceki günler balon uçuşları iptal olduğunda faturasını size kesmeye çalışıyorlar.
Belirli bir fiyata anlaştık ve uçuş iptalleri durumunda fiyat artışından etkinlenmeyeceğimizi söylemelerine rağmen iki katı fiyat istediler. Vermek istemediğimizde de o zaman önceki anlaştığımız fiyata yerimiz yok dediler. Sözlerine güven olmaz kesinlikle. Asla tavsiye etmem.

We had our flight with these guys this morning and it was great.
The staff and pilot were all helpful and made it an easy and enjoyable experience.
The views were unreal
esperienza bellissima, ci sono venuti a prendere alle 4:45 per poi arrivare dopo circa 15 minuti in una piana dove decollano le mongofiere. Il volo è durato circa 50 minuti si svolge in completa sicurezza, vengono date solo indicazioni sulla posizione da tenere in atterraggio. Il panorama all'alba è stupendo, decine di mongofliere in volo a sorvolare i camini delle fate della valle dell'amore, si arriva fino 500 metri di altezza per poi scendere fino quasi a toccare terreno per poi risalire. Noi abbiamo preso in volo confort, ovvero per 20 persone in modo tale che in ogni quarto della cesta si trovano 5 persone che possono muoversi facilmente. Viene fornito un cestono per la colazione e all'arrivo c'è il brindisi con consegna diploma di volo. Per 20 euro c'è la possibilità di avere le foto e i video in HD del volo, si paga subito in contanti ci si scambia il profilo whattsapp con il pilota ( il nostro era Vahit, simpaticissimo) e nel pomeriggio viene inviato un link di wetransfer dove scaricare il file, successimente dovete scaricare il software gratuito insta360 per vederli e modificarli

- Excellent timing on ascent and decscent, allowing passengers time to fully enjoy the view and the sunrise. (A couple of other ballons descended before sunrise).
- before takeoff, they give you a small gift bag with bottled water, a juice box, and a few snacks; plus a cool 'Flight Certificate' at the end as memorabilia.
- the cake and non-alcoholic champagne/ juice was a sweet and enjoyable closing to the adventure.
Opportunities for Improvement:
- Improve the landing instructions. They/The pilot needs to give better and clearer instructions about landing protocols. Instead of one guy turning his head back and forth to speak to 20+ people spread out over 4 sides of the balloon over the sound of wind, fire, and mechanics, he can make two seperate clear announcements to each side so all passengers can hear the instructions. Their current strategy made it impossible for some of us to understand what he was saying or when the instructions were relevant. Our entire bucket was confused, but this is an important landing safety announcement that shouldn't be rushed or minimized.
- When we returned from the balloon ride, the van smelled like cigar or some kind of smoking as if the driver was taking a cigarette break in the van. Would be nice if drivers were more considerate to those of us who care abour our lungs and don't want to smell like smoke, and not smoke in vehicles.
Hopefully, management implements the recommendations.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Increíble experiencia, Vahit el piloto un 10! Distintas vistas del amanecer, volamos 1 hora y 10, y a las 7 ya estábamos de vuelta en el hotel! Excelente servicio! Una experiencia para hacer al menos una vez en la vida!

Volo perfetto e studiato per farci vedere l'alba con i tempi giusti, il pilota Vahit è stato bravissimo con un atterraggio un po' piccante!
