Отдыхала в этом отеле и осталась очень довольна. Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Хозяин отеля очень вежливый, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Номер был просторный, всё необходимое есть. Удобное расположение — рядом магазины и всё, что может понадобиться. Атмосфера спокойная и приятная. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова. Рекомендуем!

I booked the property in October 2025. Unfortunately, this has been the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in all my years of traveling.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was in extremely dirty and unacceptable condition. The refrigerator was moldy, and its loud noise inside the bedroom made it impossible to sleep. The toilet was damaged and not functioning properly. These conditions posed serious concerns for the health and safety of myself and my family.
Due to the unlivable state of the property, we were forced to leave the next day and book a new hotel at our own expense. When we requested a refund for the remaining nights, the host refused and responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
I am now filing this complaint with Booking.com and requesting a refund for the unused nights. I kindly ask Booking to investigate this case seriously, as the property conditions and the host’s behavior were completely unacceptable.
Überall Kakerlaken, sehr schmutzig, Schimmel in der Klima Anlage. Schlechte Nachbarschaft. Bleiben Sie fern. Die fotos lügen nicht!!!
Soggiorno di due settimane più che pessimo. Appena arrivati abbiamo visto uno scarafaggio enorme in mezzo alla camera... Vivo ovviamente! Lo spazio è molto piccolo e molto sporco, tanto che abbiamo acquistato i detersivi e pulito noi. La doccia incrostata di calcare e perdeva pure; la cucina(se così si può chiamare) era composta da un fornelletto da campeggio unto in maniera indecente; armadio non pervenuto, abbiamo richiesto il cambio degli asciugamani dopo una settimana e ci sono stati portati uno per il viso e uno per la doccia... Il problema è che eravamo in due! Lenzuola mai cambiate in due settimane e sporche fin dal nostro arrivo.
Posizione molto scomoda per raggiungere la prima spiaggia a piedi, comoda per i mezzi e per il centro commerciale vicino.
Vacanza completamente rovinata... Così come la mia schiena dopo due settimane a dormire su un materasso scomodo e sporco.

З. Сам хозяин и персонал, добрые и отзывчивые.

Для приготовления еды есть вся необходимая утварь,хотя совсем рядом с домом по дороге к торговому центру Марк Анталия есть небольшое кафе где можно сидеть или брать с собой вкусную домашнюю еду совсем не дорого. Есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, сушильная машина. В душе всегда горячая /холодная вода. Туалетная бумага, мыло есть. Постель чистая, полотенца чистые и всё это можете менять в любое время. Холодильник вместительный.
В основном у всех номеров душ и туалет свой отдельный ( за исключением некоторых)
5. Очень милая, добрая семейная обстановка .
Во дворике есть места для свободного отдыха.
Ferdi is very helpfull and he allowed us to checkin and checkout at 3am because of our flight timing.
The location of the apartment is very ideal, close to Bus and Tram Stops and also local shops are available.
The place has a beautiful garden with grown pomegranates and grapes.
Verdi is kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend the place.
Malutki pokoik, łóżka z powgniatanymi materacami. Łazienka malutka bez drzwi tylko takie zasuwane. Prysznic bez kabiny i trzeba się myć przy toalecie. Wszystko słychać z dworu. Mimo to są naszykowane czyste ręczniki.

Not a whole apartment to oneself as advertised. It’s a shared accommodation with a private bedroom ( small ). Falsely advertised in booking.com and Agoda

Magnifique pension où j'y ai passé 4 nuits
Très bien situé , près de nombreux restaurants et du tramway qui vous amène directement à l'aéroport. Près aussi du centre ville pour une agréable balade. Quartier calme

Ailecek gidip çok güzel zaman geçirdiğimiz bir işletme...sahibi çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü heryer çok temiz ve güzeldi heryere yürüme mesafesinde biz bu kadarını beklemiyorduk nereye gittigimizi bile bilmeden İstanbul dan yola çıktık iki aile ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldığımız bir yer oldu seneye tatil planımız da tekrar orda olmayı umud ediyoruz hep beraber teşekkür ederiz..
Biz hiç beğenmedik hortumla banyo yaptık sopsoğuktu ,çamaşır makinesini fişe takınca elektirikler gidiyor iyi bir yönü sadece konumu

Расположение отличное, спустя 2 недели мы очень довольны, что остановились именно здесь.
Recomand datorită locației, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de principalele atracții turistice.
La interior sunt camere mari si paturi duble (180cm), bucatarie, terasa, mașină de spălat atât vase cat si haine.
Față de plajă nu e chiar aproape necesitând transport.
