Tour Altinkum Travel

I’m very late in posting this review from our trip in July. The tour of Ephesus & Mary’s house was booked for us by our travel agent via Viator. Everything ran smoothly, from pickup at port to drop off. Dilek was a terrific guide, so knowledgeable & friendly. We learned a lot from her even while driving between venues. Lunch was colorful & tasty, & the outdoor setting was pleasant, even in the mid-July heat. This is where I discovered Efes beer! No rug demo for us. Instead we were taken to a fashion-house showroom, complete with a mini fashion show that included our tween modeling on the runway. This was a fun distraction in a refreshingly cool building. This tour was a highlight of our Mediterranean trip. Highly recommended.

We booked a tour with Tour Altinkum Travel through Viator. Overall, Great tour and guidance by our super knowledgeable local guide! Smooth pick-up and drop-off at Port. No sales pitches. Included lunch was delicious and original. Only reason for 4-stars is because the itinerary clearly statef that the "Temple of Artemis" is included in this tour but was left out on our tour. Artemis is one of the (old) Seven Wonders of the world and I booked this tour specifically to see it but it was skipped and we only did Ephesus, House of Mary, and the Lunch.

Terrible experience. The buggys are in horrible condition and no one speaks a word of English when you complain that you have no brakes and it's pulling hard left all the time. Just ride around in circles in the dirt a few times and visit a dirty smelly beach. Zero communication. Worst activity i have done in my life. Only know English when they ripping you off to buy glasses and bandanna. Buggys have not enough power to even spin wheels. There was no mud like the pictures show. Rude so stay away. They get you by cancelling the jeep tour then offering you this abomination of a tourist trap.

We attended buggy safari in Pamucak. Starting from the hotel pickup, through the ride, until the end it was simply great and amusing. Strongly recommend

Disappointed at the last minute of changing from private tour to a group tour, booked three months before and with follow up emails confirmation. Tour fully paid up front. Offered to go into group booking as opposed to a private booking with a small refund 10%. Cancelled the tour and now let's see if I receive the refund to my credit card. Over the years booked many private tours at different parts of the world through tripadvisor and viator and this is a first for me, would not recommend. 28.07 after reading the reply from the business, yes they advised me 24 hours before arrival and offered a part refund. 1) The company made more money from a group tour than a private tour hence why they cancelled at the last minute (booked three months before). beware of this if you are going to book. 2) The refund offered from a private tour to a group tour was less than 10%. In the end it turned out fine as we took a own taxi from pier and returned back in the morning for half the price of the grouped tour.
