Very good Spa. Lilly the Manager is very friendly and has good staff . Reasonable price in Sisily compared to the traditional Hamam. It is small Hamam but massage room is good .

SCAM - Extremely disappointing experience. I came to this spa expecting a professional service, but what I received was far from that. The first therapist was clearly unqualified, so I asked to switch. Unfortunately, the second one was just as unprofessional. She only massaged my legs up to the knees — when I politely asked why she wasn’t treating the thighs, she bluntly said, “I don’t do that.” I was frustrated and asked to stop the session. After I got dressed and went to the front desk to complain, I was shocked to hear that the therapist lied and claimed I had asked for an intimate massage — a complete and disgusting fabrication. This was clearly an attempt to cover up their lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, they charge extremely high prices for a service that is amateur, dishonest, and far below the standards of a proper spa. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's a scam and a total lack of respect for the client.
