Unfortunatly didn’t get to fly due to whether cancelation but the experience was not good at all. Driver not clear, bland and just cold and inhospitable

Una hermosa experiencia! El clima acompañó y pudimos volar sin problemas. Excelente nivel del equipo a cargo, pilotos (Nebi Öztürk) y ayudantes. Profesionalismo y muy buen humor, siendo claros con las indicaciones de seguridad. Un paseo precioso a diferentes alturas (alcanzamos los 1000m), observando la belleza de los valles de Goreme. Realmente inolvidable!! Gracias

Einfach traumhaft gewesen. Sehr professionelle und gut koordinierte Piloten.
Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Es gab sogar Snacks zum Frühstück und zum Abschluss was zu trinken.

Great experience but they won't guarantee you will be up in the sunrise when is more worth it and they won't tell you. One of the best experience in my life was disrupted by lots of traffic while seeing magnificent views of the ballons rising up in the sky with the sun. I would of like to be able to choose or be advise about the fly time
Choose another company who listen and are understanding. I have been looking forward to this trip for some time. It was a beautiful morning and I was feeling very excited. Everything was amazing until we were in the basket. Somehow I ended up in the back of the middle basket. I asked to move to the side where the baskets are bigger and there's more space, but was told I could not as others would be joining that box. No others joined, the pilot basically lied to me. I spent the entire trip watching others enjoy the view, with my view blocked by the pilot's selfie stick and other people. It would have been an amazing trip with a little more care and understanding. Instead, I'm left feeling heart broken and like I wasted my money. I talked to the company, they blamed other guests and the crowded situation, which are both incorrect.

Esperienza bellissima, veramente affidabili, il prezzo è ottimo, siamo partiti presto ma leggermente dopo rispetto ad altre mongolfiere che erano già in cielo.
Abbiamo visto l’alba sulla mongolfiera, eravamo insieme a 100 altre mongolfiere, il volo sarebbe dovuto durare un’ora ma è durato 20 minuti in più. Equipaggio super preparato è disponibile, abbiamo prenotato tramite Aksu che è stato il nostro angelo️
