We stayed here for two weeks in August/September 2025, and I truly recommend Royal Homes.
Everything was excellent: smooth communication with the owner, great service, and very clean apartment.
We stayed in room 401, which had a beautiful sea.
Apartments have perfect location close to the square and Kaleiçi, but it still quite at the night.

Nice room with a huge terrace, very cool view from the room! The location is also perfect because you are right next to the old town but not in the mess of it. They also helped us finding the best parking spot, which is right in front of the building (only 5 euros per day). Great spot to stay in Antalya!
Alter was für ein Ausblick unser Zimmer hatte. Ich kann die Zimmer von Royal Homes sehr Empfehlen. Sehr Sauber und man hat alles was man brauch. Waschmaschine Kühlschrank alles dabei. Sehr Zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.

The room was AMAZING. The location was super as it is close to the bazaar and the harbour for boat tours. The staff were really kind and helped out when we needed them. We had no issues with the room at all. We called them for access to the iron and they came within 30mins. The owner was extremely nice.
Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment war super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man kann von dort aus direkt in die Stadt starten. Wir kommen gerne wieder ️

Очень хорошие, новые (1-й год) апартаменты!! Которые находятся на 5-м этаже… можно подняться по лестнице (или на лифте).
Квартиры, с европейским подходом (тут и ремонт хороший, и качественный сервис. Напитки в холодильнике уже входят в стоимость. Средства для гигиены все присутствуют. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате исправно работают!). Окна панорамные на город.
Действительно потрясающее место по всем параметрам: расположение, комплектация номеров и самое главное достоинство - персонал!
Были в Анталии на новогодние праздники 2025, получили восхитительные впечатления от пребывания и, большой частью, от размещения в этих апартаментах. Квартира укомплектована буквально всем необходимым, включая моющие средства для душа, напитки и даже тапочки)). Идеально чисто, прекрасное белье и свежие полотенца. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает вид (номера 701 и 702) - вид на море, горы и старый город. Насладились и рассветами, и закатами, успели получить прекрасный загар в самой середине зимы. И даже наблюдали празднование Нового года на набережной и площади с балкона, пока собирались на улицу!))
Большое спасибо господину Явузу за то, что постоянно был на связи, мгновенно реагировал на любой вопрос и просьбу. Это безумно ценно когда находишься в чужом городе!
Однозначно рекомендуем для размещения. При следующей поездке в Анталию обязательно постараемся разместиться именно здесь, это просто дом вдали от дома!

Our recent stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we want to share the amazing experiences we had, particularly thanks to the dedicated Yavuz Tahsin & his staff.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home. However, there were two standout instances where the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
First, during our stay, we encountered a loud music event nearby that made it difficult to relax. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they immediately volunteered to find ear pieces for us to make our stay more enjoyable. Their willingness to accommodate us in such a timely manner was truly commendable.
Additionally, during our trip, my wife unfortunately fell ill. The hotel staff noticed her discomfort and, without hesitation, went out to purchase cough medicine for her. This gesture really touched our hearts and exemplified the caring and attentive nature of the team.
Throughout our stay, we also appreciated the peaceful and traditional ambiance of the hotel, which perfectly complemented the beautiful surroundings. The hospitality we received made our experience all the more special, and we felt truly valued as guests.
Overall, we highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, charm, and attentive service. We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness.
