My girlfriend had her nose surgery here two years ago and she is still not happy at all. When we contacted them and explained our complaints, they spoke to us in a humiliating manner, did not listen to us, and showed no respect. They did not try to find any solution for us, even though we paid a lot of money. It’s truly a shame—once your health is damaged, it doesn’t come back. But still, thank you for taking so much of our money

Hi, i have travelled from London to have my Rhinoplasty with Dr. GO and it was a fantastic decision. The doctor is really professional and clearly has extended experience. All the staff was really welcoming, nice and caring... Enes was very gentle removing the cast, Ozan took great photos and Maheen was really great with keeping the communication. I had the surgery 12 days ago, and the cast will be removed the day after tomorrow. I am really looking forward to seeing the result, understanding that there is still swelling and the final outcome will take time.
During my follow-up visit before departure, while I was sitting in the doctor’s waiting area, I overheard other patients talking and saying that my nose looks very natural. That was reassuring and confirmed that I made the right choice.
My initial request was septum correction, as I used to suffer from frequent colds and nasal congestion. During my consultation with Dr.Güncel Öztürk, we also decided to:
• correct the symmetry of the nostrils
• reduce the cartilage
Throughout the entire process, I was constantly in touch with the doctor’s assistants, Rosa and Lili, whom I would like to thank sincerely. They regularly checked on my condition, provided recommendations, and were always supportive.
The hospital room was comfortable, the food was tasty, and the staff responded quickly to every call button request.

Güncel beye 1,5 yıl önce burun ameliyatı oldum ameliyattan sonra hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. Şişlik ve morluk yaşamadım. Görenler çok doğal olduğunu söylüyorlar. Güncel bey aynı zamanda ameliyat sonrasındaki süreçte de çok ilgili ve başarılı bir doktor. Kendilikle tavsiye ediyorum.
Rinoplasti uzun yıllardır aklımda olmasına rağmen, “yüzüme yakışmaz, domuz burun ya da kaydırak burun olur” korkusuyla hep ertelemiştim. Benim için en önemlisi yüzümle orantılı, doğal, simetrik ve anatomik yapıları koruyan bir sonuç elde etmekti.
Görüşmeye gittiğimde Dr. Güncel Öztürk, simülasyon üzerinden tüm detayları anlatarak hangi değişikliklerin mümkün olduğunu, hangilerinin doğal durmayacağını açıkça paylaştı. En çok da, “seni tanıyanlar seni gördüğünde ‘burun estetiği mi oldun?’ demesin, sadece sende bir güzellik var ama ne olduğunu anlayamasınlar” yaklaşımı beni çok etkiledi.
Yaklaşık 1 hafta önce operasyonumu oldum. Ameliyat, hastane süreci ve sonrası son derece konforlu geçti. Dr. beyin asistanı Enes Bey de her soruma sabırla yanıt verdi, iletişim süreci çok rahattı.
Şu an erken dönem olmasına rağmen burnumun görünümünden ve iyileşme sürecimden memnunum. 1 ay, 6 ay ve 1 yıl sonrası sonucu şimdiden merak ediyorum. Dr. Güncel Öztürk ve ekibine içten teşekkür ederim.
