Good service. Very proffesional baloon operator and all of the crew was very nice unlike the staff in our hotel Capadocia caves hotel. The staff here did not have a good attitude. They are busy playing games and video call with someone.
Had a very pleasant trip with rainbow balloons ! The flight felt well controlled and safe for the entire way ! Dipping over the valley and was able to see those amazing landscapes and fairy chimneys up close !

我透過get your guide 訂了11/20的熱氣球，他們前一天11/19通知我因氣候要取消，並請跟我說接下來2-3天看起來氣候也很差可能沒辦法飛，他要我去訂11/24的，我訂完之後跟他說這幾天只要有飛都可以跟我說，我可以配合。
結果在11/22晚上我飯店跟我說隔天10/23熱氣球有飛喔，而10/24看起來更不可能飛。
我才趕快去問這個公司，他只說抱歉都訂完了？？
飯店人員幫我打電話確認聯絡到另一隻電話，才說只剩第二班有位置，可以幫我留，但價格比我本來訂的第一班還高一點，最後我找了另一家熱氣球公司搭到第一班熱氣球了。
我後來提醒本來聯絡窗口希望他們可以改進這個溝通誤差，畢竟我飛了15小時到土耳其搭熱氣球，差點就沒有搭到，他也只是說「I cannot influence the date you make your reservation.」，只能說他的態非常的不負責任且敷衍。

カッパドキアで一度は体験すべき気球ツアーだと思いました。早朝集合でしたが、スタッフの案内がとてもスムーズで、英語での説明も丁寧。安全チェックもしっかりしていて、初めての人でも安心して楽しめる環境です。
日の出とともに気球がゆっくり浮かび上がる瞬間は圧巻で、360度に広がる奇岩の景色は本当に感動的。写真や動画では伝わらないスケール感があり、フライト中は景色の見どころや撮影ポイントも教えてくれました。撮影が趣味の方にもかなりおすすめできます。
パイロットやスタッフはフレンドリーで、乗客とのコミュニケーションも程よく、緊張せずリラックスして楽しめました。また、離着陸もとてもスムーズで、揺れが不安な方でも安心できると思います。
着地後にはシャンパン（スパークリング）で乾杯のサービスがあり、ツアーの締めくくりとして特別感がありました。この小さな“余韻づくり”が非常に良かったです。
価格はやや高めですが、体験の質・安全性・スタッフ対応・景観すべて含めて納得のコストパフォーマンス。カッパドキア旅行のハイライトになりました。

Booked our hot air balloon adventure with Rainbow Balloons through Get Your Guide. Driver picked us up about an hour and half before sunrise and drove us to the balloon. We got in a basket with 25-30 other passengers, separated by groups of 4. The guides were very friendly and made sure we had a smooth flight. After landing, they gave us a Turkish pastry and we toasted with (non-alcoholic) champagne. Such a magical experience, very glad we booked with Rainbow Balloons.
We booked our hot air balloon flight through our guide and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were picked up early in the morning from our hotel and taken to the launch site, where the balloons were already being prepared. Just before sunrise, we took off and soared up to 850 meters to watch the sunrise from above absolutely breathtaking views! STUNNING!
The whole experience was smooth and very well coordinated. The crew was professional and friendly, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the flight. After landing, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne and received a balloon flight certificate, which was a lovely touch.
We were then taken back to our hotel in time for breakfast. It was truly an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!
I was skeptical at first given we booked via our hotel manager and didn’t really know what company or where we’d be flying. There was a traffic jam getting to our location. However, the pilot greeted us and explained safety instructions and then we soon took off, shortly after sunrise so the view was even more incredible than I thought and such a smooth ride!! A bit over priced for 45 min however something to experience once in a lifetime and were so glad we got to do this today. Thanks Rainbow Balloons for having us and the ride was definitely one of our highlights into the Capadoccian trip.

Spectacular! We flew with Rainbow Balloons this morning and I have got to say wow! They have the entire process down to a science. From start to finish they were well organized and professional. Our pilots were friendly and made everyone feel at ease as they took us up to see an amazing sunrise. This is a must do experience!
Baştan sona mükemmel bir deneyim.
Bilgi almak için ilk aradığımdan son ana kadar çok memnun kaldık. İlgili, samimi ve güleryüzlü. Ayrıca uçuş yapacak misafirlerin içinde tek Türk aile bizdik. Bize ayrı bir ilgi göstermeleri çok gurur verici. Bunun için teşekkür ediyoruz.
Balon turu sabah 4.30 da otelimizden alınmamız ile başladı. Uçuş yapılacak alana vardığımızda balonlar şişiriliyordu. Kısa ama heyacanlı bir bekleyiş sonra sebepe bindik. Özellikle kalkış çok sezsiz, yumuşak ve güzeldi. Yaklaşık 2 saat kapadokya üzerinde uçuş gerçekleştirdik. İlk başlarda peri bacalarına dokunacak kadar yakından vadi içinden süzüldük. Tüm vadileri peri bacalarını yakından görme imkanı bulduk. Sonra iyice yükselip güneşin doğuşuna şahit olduk.
Balon turu fiyat olarak yüksek gelebilir. Ancak bu deneyim gerçekten çok güzel ve buna değer. Rezervasyon sırasında kişi başı 120€ anlaşmıştık. Ödeme günü sağ indirim yaptılar. 100€ olarak verdik.
