My husband and I came from France to Istanbul to have surgery. On my side, I needed a revision rhinoplasty because I had surgery 10 years ago. Since it was more of a medical operation than a cosmetic one, the aesthetic result did not look good at all
My husband had a deviated septum with one nostril that was 95% blocked, and he also wanted to slightly improve the appearance of his nose while keeping a very natural result
We met the surgeon, who immediately understood what we wanted. He made very precise simulations for us

Exceptional Rhinoplasty Experience in Turkey with Prof. Dr. İsmail Küçüker
I recently traveled to Istanbul for rhinoplasty with Prof. Dr. İsmail Küçüker, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
When I arrived in Istanbul, I could barely breathe through my nose. It had been a problem for years and it was affecting my sleep and daily life. During the surgery, Prof. Dr. Küçüker also discovered and removed a cyst and corrected several structural issues that I wasn’t even aware of. After the surgery, the difference is incredible — I left Istanbul breathing better than I ever have before. It honestly feels like I discovered what normal breathing is supposed to be.
From the moment I arrived, everything was organized and professional. The clinic staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step.
Prof. Dr. İsmail Küçüker is an exceptional surgeon. He took the time to carefully explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and truly understand the result I was hoping to achieve. His expertise and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the surgery.
The hospital itself was modern, clean, and very well equipped. The medical team was professional and caring, especially the nurses who looked after me after surgery.
I would like to give special thanks to Neslihan, who was an amazing nurse — extremely caring, professional, and always checking that I was doing well. In addition, Tea, the hospital assistant, was fantastic and helped make the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Their kindness and dedication really made a difference during my recovery.
Even though it has only been a short time since the surgery, I am already very happy with the results and with how everything was handled. The post-operative care and follow-up were excellent, and the team was always available if I had questions.
Traveling to Istanbul for rhinoplasty was one of the best decisions I made. The quality of care, professionalism, and hospitality were truly outstanding.

Review of Dr. Ismail Küçüker
I was referred to Dr. Ismail by a friend who had surgery last year, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! From our initial communication to being dropped off at the airport after my procedure, everything was exceptional. I experienced absolutely no issues. Dr. Ismail and his team were incredible, and the hospital staff, ambiance, my hotel accommodations, and transfers to appointments were all top-notch.
My only regret is not finding Dr. Ismail six years ago when I had my first rhinoplasty. That initial surgery led to three additional procedures and very awful experiences with painful recoveries. I even consulted with a top rhinoplasty surgeon at Stanford in San Francisco, who turned me away due to the complexity of my case, which left me feeling hopeless. However, Dr. Ismail is a true magician who accomplished what others deemed impossible!
I urge anyone reading this to conduct thorough research when selecting a surgeon. There are many photoshopped results on platforms like Instagram, and I unfortunately fell into that trap in the past. Some doctors offer lower prices and pressure you into unnecessary procedures, which can lead to higher costs and complications down the line, as I learned from my own experiences.
My Procedure:
I underwent a mid-face lift, revision rhinoplasty, fat grafting on my forehead, cheeks, under eyes, and a temporal lift, as well as a CO2 facial treatment. I highly recommend the CO2 treatment—it was complimentary for me, which would have otherwise cost $1500 in San Francisco.
Current Recovery:
The photos included were taken five days after surgery (first 4 photos). While everything looks quite swollen, I plan to edit this review once the swelling subsides and my features settle, as the nose will take a few months to fully heal.
Though I was hesitant to share my 15-day post-operative photos from my previous surgeon (last photo), who unfortunately caused me distress for two years, I feel it’s important to raise awareness about the importance of caution when choosing a surgeon. There are unscrupulous individuals who only care about taking your money. One such individual is Mustafa Ali Yanik, who frequently changes his Instagram name—please be aware of him and others like him!
I cannot thank Dr. Ismail and his remarkable team enough for making my dream come true. I highly recommend him and look forward to bringing my friends for their makeovers!

Wonderful team and wonderful surgeon. I travelled from Australia solo and was SO anxious and nervous. But the team really looked after me, the surgeon, staff, and the nurses :) I love my results so far and can’t wait to see the final results further along my healing journey.

I underwent multiple aesthetic procedures with Dr. Kucuker in 2023 (K-Lift Trio, upper eyelid surgery, double-chin liposuction, and a lip lift) and paid over €19,000. I deeply regret this decision.
From my personal perspective, the outcome caused me significant emotional, aesthetic, and financial distress. The stitches—especially behind the ears and under the nose—appeared coarse, poorly executed, and very noticeable. The scars are clearly visible and far from what one would reasonably expect from professional plastic surgery. In addition, the lip lift result was uneven, with one side noticeably more lifted than the other.
When it comes to facial surgery, I expected precision, delicacy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and lacking in attention to detail. A subsequent corrective procedure did not lead to a satisfactory improvement.
The presentation on Instagram is very convincing; however, my personal reality was completely different. I felt misled and, afterward, not taken seriously. Given the high cost, I expected excellence—not disappointment.
️ Important warning to other women:
Please be very cautious. Research thoroughly, read critical reviews, and do not rely solely on social-media images or videos. I wish I had done much more research before making my decision.

My experience with Dr. Ismail Kucuker and his entire team (both at the clinic and the hospital) was truly exceptional. I don’t say that lightly. I previously had a primary rhinoplasty at another clinic in 2022, and unfortunately the experience and results were far below standard and deeply traumatic for me. It took me three years to build up the courage to pursue a revision.
When I was finally ready, I knew without hesitation that Dr. Kucuker was the only surgeon I trusted. He was actually my first choice for my primary rhinoplasty, and in hindsight I wish I had waited—there was a waitlist at the time, but now I understand why. He is incredibly talented, highly professional, and meticulous in every detail. Dr. Kucuker listened carefully to every concern and fully understood what I wanted: a nose that fit my face, with a conservative, natural approach that still looked soft and feminine.
The results of my revision are exactly what I wanted. I finally feel like myself again and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I have a renewed sense of confidence, and for anyone who feels scared or unsure about rhinoplasty—I can honestly say you are in the very best hands with Dr. Kucuker.
