My second surgery with Dr Mirza Firat and once again it was a really good experience from start to finish. From the chauffeur service to the nurses and hospital stay. I felt very well looked after the whole time. I’m now nearly 4 weeks post-op and very happy with my results so far and looking forward to being able to breath properly. A special thank you to Aylin, who always answers my messages no matter the time and explains everything in detail, which really puts my mind at ease. ️

I would like to thank the doctor from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful experience I had with him. From the very first visit, I felt comfortable and confident because of his kindness and the great respect he shows to his patients. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which made me feel reassured before the surgery.
The clinic staff were also extremely kind and caring. Their treatment was warm, professional, and very comforting. The follow-up before and after the surgery was excellent, and they were always available to answer any questions or provide any help I needed.
As for the result, it is even more beautiful than I expected. Even though I am still in the recovery period, I can see the beautiful change day by day. Honestly, I now have only one problem… I cannot stop taking pictures of myself or looking at my new nose in the mirror!

My facelift was great honestly and the experience was super smooth and easy!!!! All the staff were great (coordinators, driver, hospital staff, etc) and ofc dr Mirza was amazing as well! I had a Wonderful experience. Hmmm. I can’t really think of any negatives, but I was surprised it wasn’t a tiny bit cheaper since Turkey is super affordable…. but oh well! What can ya do! ️ It was an excellent job and I’m super happy! Thanks, team!!!!

Previously in 2022 I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Firat and was extremely happy with my results. From that positive experience I then went on to have a deep plane face lift and lip lift with Dr Mirza Firat and his team. My husband is also a doctor and from his perspective he thought Dr Mirza skills as a surgeon, communication, aftercare were excellent.
My initial point of contact was Sophia who is part of the team of nurses that look after you during this process. Sophia organised the surgery, travel and all the pre-op and post- op appointments.
My consultation with Dr Mirza was very professional and reassuring and immediately felt at ease. The follow up care from Sophia, Ahsen, Aylin, Elif, Ezgi and Aysenur exceeded my expectations. It was 5 star treatment!
I am now 5 weeks out from my facelift and already look much younger and youthful. The final results will come in the months ahead but already feel so happy with the results.
Dr Mirza is my face doctor in the years to come, and my only concern is what will I do if he retires. :)
Dr. Mirza is an amazing doctor, he is very skilled with his hands and is very friendly with patients. He knows how to focus on patients concerns, and attend to those concerns in a way that fits the face the most. His work is just phenomenal, because the ending result makes you look very natural and still you, (if that’s what you want). The hospital facility is very modern, clean, and it is very equipped with everything that is needed. Everything is very professional. The nurse team is also very amazing and they take good care of you during your stay at the hospital and are always on the phone 24/7 if you need something after your stay. Very amazing post operative care. I would suggest for clear instructions of where to find the office that is located in the mall because it was just difficult to find. Also I would suggest bringing a companion with you to the surgery because taking an uber/taxi can be pretty challenging and scary if alone. It would be nice if they would offer the service of a driver (like they used to, even for an additional fee, as a safety measure). Otherwise, I very much enjoyed my experience.
Review
Three weeks ago, I had a full facelift with neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer. Travelling from the United Kingdom, I had several WhatsApp and email exchanges, including an online consultation to discuss what I would’ve liked to to do. Dr Mirza was really good in analysing my face and recommending the best approaches to solve the issue of loss of volume and laxity of the skin on my face.
I arrived two days before the procedure, so that I could have a full consultation the day before to decide a strategy; then stayed two nights at the hospital, and another week in Istanbul as I recovered. I have to say, it was probably for me a very difficult week initially but I received 100% support from not only the doctor but his entire team of nurses who would take shifts and shadow the hospitals nurses to look after me (day and night). I was fundamentally constantly checked on to make sure that everything went fine. After being discharged, every day I went back to hospital to see the nurses and in a few cases also Dr Mirza to check on the healing of the wounds and general progress. Before leaving I was given a full sets of creams, tablets, vitamins and antibiotics to take. During the stay I had a VIP car to move around. I’m now at home and we are still in contact every other day to exchange pictures in order to make sure the healing is continuing properly and to have progress checks. everything is going fine and I feel well, although some lingering swelling is still there.
Overall, I had a very good experience, being guided in every single step during those 12 days or so in Istanbul. Of course I am a bit anxious and I am definitely looking forward to the getting rid of the swelling and see the ‘end result’! The constant attention by the team has really helped me feel calmer and trust the process of recovery.

The driver is very polite and friendly, everyone on the whole team will make sure that you are well taken care of and all of your needs are met. I traveled alone from the United States and had no problem. I’ve been in the medical field in surgeries two days a week for 25 years. I know details that others may not be aware of. I’m very aware of what it takes to have such a skilled surgeon and team run so smoothly. Every detail was thought of to even scheduling a hair salon appointment. I had never thought of having surgery in another country, but then I found Mirza Firat. I did my research and felt more confident than ever. I had a consultation with pictures and received a very good overview. Now I felt determined to take the step and book the surgery. Everything went very smoothly. From talking to the assistant before the consultation until the day of the surgery.
A driver met me at the airport, the driver was nice and had branded clothes and a branded car. Everything felt safe and secure.
The day after arrival, I met the doctor and the team for the first time at the hospital. I got a good impression of them all. The doctor felt confident and clear. I felt in safe hands. The doctor's team were all super cute and nice. The surgery went well as expected and according to plan.
I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights. The room was like a hotel room and my husband also got to sleep with me in the hospital, which was very appreciated. The nurses from Mirza's team and the nurses from the hospital took good care of me during my stay. They checked on me once an hour and were very professional. I still felt calm and safe.
I stayed in Turkey for a total of 11 nights and got to see the team almost every day. It felt very good and serious with frequent check-ups. Since I have not fully healed from my surgery, I will have continued contact with the team after returning home with follow-up pictures and then the final result. I can't say anything about my final result yet but the worst swelling has subsided and I think this will be as I imagined if not better. I had Firat lift 1, neck lift and fat grafting to the face.
Mirza Firat is a professional and I am very happy that I found him. I can recommend everyone who leaves nothing to chance to visit this doctor. He knows what he is doing and you are in safe hands from start to finish.

Ich komme aus Deutschland und habe lange überlegt, ein Mid-Facelift Typ 1 bei Dr. Mirza Firat durchführen zu lassen und ich bin so froh, dass ich mich für ihn entschieden habe! Heute ist der dritte Tag nach meiner Operation, und ich bin bis jetzt mehr als zufrieden.
Von Anfang an wurde sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert. Dr. Firat und sein gesamtes Team sind unglaublich herzlich, empathisch und professionell. Es wird sich immer viel Zeit genommen, und man spürt sofort, dass hier Erfahrung und Perfektionismus aufeinandertreffen. Schon beim Erstgespräch habe ich mich verstanden und wohlgefühlt er hat sofort erkannt, was mein eigentliches Problem war.
Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat: Es wird wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht – von Vitaminen, abschwellenden Medikamenten und Infusionen bis hin zu Kühlpads und sogar Lutschbonbons. Selbst der Transport und die Begleitung ins Hotel wurden organisiert. Auch das Acibadem Krankenhaus ist auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel! Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal unglaublich freundlich, und es wird großen Wert auf Hygiene gelegt. Man ist rund um die Uhr gut betreut und muss nie lange warten.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an die liebevolle Seele Suzan und Elif und Ahsen – sie sind einfach wundervoll, herzlich und immer für einen da. Auch ein großes Lob an die Krankenschwestern und Assistentinnen von Dr. Firat so ein engagiertes und liebevolles Team habe ich noch nie erlebt. Man merkt, dass er seine Mitarbeiter mit viel Bedacht ausgewählt hat.
