The results and service were amazing! I'm Mia from ATL, and I came here for a breast reduction with lift. Kerem, my coordinator, made everything super smooth from airport pickup to a 5-star hotel, hospital, and back to the hotel. I traveled alone, but the hotel staff checked in on me daily. The doctor is everything - talented, professional, and, might I add, easy on the eyes ! He did an amazing job!

Mi experiencia con esta clínica fue una de las peores decisiones de mi vida.
Pedí presupuesto por WhatsApp y envié fotos y videos detallando exactamente lo que quería. Me aseguraron que el resultado era fácil de lograr y confié en ellos pagando un depósito.
Al llegar, el hotel incluido era horrible y sucio, y aunque pedí un cambio, nunca lo hicieron. La clínica tampoco estaba limpia ni organizada. Estuve esperando casi tres horas por un traductor, mientras me presionaban para firmar documentos sin explicar absolutamente nada.
Cuando finalmente hablé con el cirujano, me dijo que el resultado prometido por WhatsApp era imposible y que la cicatriz sería enorme. Además, comenzó a presionarme para hacerme otra cirugía diferente, mucho más cara, que yo no quería, intentando obligarme a gastar más dinero.
Por este motivo no acepté la cirugía y no me devolvieron el depósito, aunque la situación no era culpa mía. Para colmo, me dejaron sin alojamiento, y tuve que asumir todos los gastos de hotel, vuelos y comida durante toda mi estancia. (Cuando ya los había pagado en el depósito)
Me sentí totalmente engañada y abandonada, y considero que esta clínica engaña a los pacientes con presupuestos falsos y promesas imposibles. Su manejo fue irresponsable, deshonesto y completamente inaceptable.
No recomiendo esta clínica a nadie que busque seguridad, transparencia y un trato profesional.
I had a 360-degree liposuction, a tummy tuck and a breast lift performed by Dr Mehmet Uzuner in February 2026. I am very satisfied with the results so far, as well as with the whole process. Dr Uzuner himself explained the procedures to me in detail, answered all my questions satisfactorily, and did a fantastic job on my body. The nurses Servcan, Hava and Meleke were also very professional, attentive to my needs, and also very kind. I highly recommend their lymph & lipo massage. Everything, including the airport transfers, accommodation and aftercare provided by the nurses, went smoothly, and I felt well looked after. Special thanks to Servcan and Mr Osman, who were always responsive and supportive whenever I needed them.
The least positive aspect was that, if you don't speak the local language, communicating with the nurses and hospital staff can sometimes be tiresome, as they speak little English. Although a professional interpreter was organised for hospital admission and the pre-op consultation with the doctor, to help me with the paperwork and ensure I understood the procedures, daily communication was mainly written or via translation apps.
The top positive aspects were the organisation of the procedures and the caring, professional treatment provided by the doctor and his team.
I would highly recommend Dr Uzuner and his team.

1. Моё расследование и страхи
После внесения депозита я наткнулась на пугающие отзывы (про ложные диагнозы и отказ возвращать деньги за непроведенный BBL). Я была в панике и даже нашла на Facebook девушку (Элли), которая отменила операцию у Мехмета из-за этих отзывов и ушла в другую клинику. Но её опыт в «другом месте» оказался кошмаром: плохой уход, забытые антибиотики и полное отсутствие внимания медсестер. Я хотела дополнить скриншоты моей переписки с ней, но гугл блокирует тогда мой отзыв: она пишет, что в итоге попала в "ад" — в другой клинике за ней не ухаживали, забывали давать антибиотики и даже не подходили медсестры.
2. Керем обьяснил почему так произошло
Я потребовала объяснений от своего координатора Керема. Он сказал что большинство скандальных историй (как с BBL или анализами) происходят, когда люди работают через недобросовестные агентства-посредники. Они накручивают цены, не возвращают деньги и путают пациентов. Я доверилась своему координатору Керему, который был на связи 24/7 и развеял все мои сомнения. К сожалению также не могу добавить скриншот переписки как доказательство, гугл не пропускает ️
3. МОЙ ОПЫТ (100 из 10)
Я доверилась напрямую команде врача и не пожалела:
• Уход: Потрясающий. Со мной была мама, но ее помощь не требовалась — персонал делал всё сам. Два дня мне непрерывно ставили капельницы одну за другой, боли я не чувствовала вообще.
• Контроль: Даже после выписки в отель ко мне приходили каждый день для проверки состояния.
БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ: Что немаловажно, клиника предоставляет медицинскую страховку, которая действительна год. Если после операции возникнут какие-либо проблемы, помощь вам окажут совершенно бесплатно. Это дает колоссальное спокойствие.
Не верьте посредникам, верьте результатам и прямому общению. Я приехала и убедилась в этом сама! Огромное спасибо Керему и доктору за мою новую жизнь!

Я пишу этот отзыв на 4-и сутки после масштабной операции у доктора Мехмета Узунера. Я — реальный пациент, и хочу поделиться фактами, которые помогут вам не совершить ошибку из-за паники в интернете. Прошу заметить что из 127 отзывов два плохих и один на фейсбук, остальные положительные. Именно этих два отзыва вводило в заблуждение. Но меня интуиция не подвела. Керем, он очень распологает и поддерживает до и после операции, отвечает молниеносно. Это очень хорошая команда, вы не пожалеете. Никаких агентств, только на прямую.
К сожалению не могу добавить результат моей операции так как гугл не позволяет этого сделать, но я осталась очень довольна.
Ich komme aus Deutschland und habe mich nach langer Recherche für diese Klinik entschieden. Natürlich hatte ich vor dem Eingriff große Angst und habe lange überlegt, da es kein kleiner Schritt für mich war.
Heute, vier Wochen später, kann ich sagen: Ich bin sehr froh über meine Entscheidung.
Schon der erste Kontakt mit Kerem Bey war außergewöhnlich herzlich und professionell. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat alle meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und mir vom ersten Moment an ein Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben. Dafür bin ich ihm wirklich sehr dankbar.
Auch das Gespräch mit Herrn Dr. Mehmet Uzuner hat mir sofort Vertrauen gegeben. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, ehrlich beraten und gemeinsam mit mir entschieden, was sinnvoll ist – und was nicht. Genau diese individuelle und verantwortungsbewusste Herangehensweise hat mich überzeugt.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich außerdem die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Krankenschwestern Ece Hanım und Sevcan Hanım. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut versorgt und ernst genommen gefühlt.
Die gesamte Organisation – von der Ankunft bis zur Nachsorge – war strukturiert und professionell.
Vier Wochen nach meinem Eingriff bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem bisherigen Ergebnis. Es wirkt natürlich und entspricht meinen Vorstellungen.

BBL + liposuction ameliyatım için uzun zamandır araştırma yapıyordum ve açıkçası cesaret edemiyordum. İyi ki yolum hocamla kesişmiş ve bu kararı vermişim diyorum.
Ameliyat sürecim boyunca hocam ve ekibi bana baştan sona büyük bir güven verdi. Ameliyat öncesinde tüm sorularımı sabırla dinleyip içimi rahatlattılar ve süreci detaylı şekilde anlattılar.
Her ne kadar tek başıma olmasam da o kadar güzel ilgilendiler ki kendimi evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Hocam beni çok dikkatli dinledi ve tam istediğim gibi bir çalışma gerçekleştirdi. Bunun verdiği mutluluk benim için tarif edilemez.

Mit der Arbeit des Arztes bin ich sehr zufrieden – fachlich wirklich top. Leider wurde diese Erfahrung durch die Organisation fast komplett überschattet. Schon bei der Buchung gab es Probleme: Mir wurde ein konkretes Datum genannt, an dem ich meinen Flug buchen sollte. Im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass eine Nacht zu wenig eingeplant wurde, obwohl ich problemlos eine Nacht länger im Hotel hätte bleiben können. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde zunächst diskutiert, statt direkt eine Lösung zu finden. Am Ende wurden mir lediglich 85 € für die zusätzliche Nacht erlassen.
Zusätzlich wurde uns am OP-Tag gesagt, wir müssten im Hotel auschecken und erst am nächsten Tag wieder einchecken – obwohl ich insgesamt für vier Nächte bezahlt hatte.
Bei der Ankunft lief zunächst alles gut: pünktliche Abholung, reibungsloser Ablauf, Arzttermine und OP-Termin waren gut organisiert. Kurz vor der OP habe ich mich jedoch sehr unwohl gefühlt, da kaum jemand Englisch sprach, die Dolmetscherin nicht mehr anwesend war und im OP-Saal lautstark über meine Nägel diskutiert wurde, ohne dass ich zuvor darüber informiert wurde. Das ist in einer ohnehin stressigen Situation sehr unangenehm.
Nach der OP wurde ich im Krankenhaus zwar versorgt, das Personal war jedoch größtenteils unfreundlich und sprach kaum Englisch, sodass viele Fragen nur per Handy-Übersetzer möglich waren. Ich wurde mit Schmerzen entlassen und mir wurde zugesichert, dass sich eine Schwester regelmäßig um mich kümmern würde. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt begannen die größten Probleme: keine festen Termine, keine verlässlichen Zeiten, Rückmeldungen oft erst nach Beschwerden.
Auch am letzten Tag musste ich stundenlang auf eine Antwort warten, weil ich noch keinen Termin für die Abschlussuntersuchung beim Arzt hatte. Der angekündigte Fahrer zur Untersuchung kam verspätet, ich musste draußen warten und es gab keinerlei Entschuldigung. Stattdessen wurde ich gebeten, meine Google-Bewertung zu ändern, damit es dem Unternehmen nicht schadet.
Beim Rückflug wurde ich trotz Bitte viel zu früh (3:15 Uhr) zum Flughafen gebracht, obwohl unser Flug erst um 7 Uhr ging und die Fahrt nachts nur 20–30 Minuten dauert. Auf meinen Wunsch wurde nicht eingegangen, mit der Begründung, man müsse mindestens 3 Stunden vorher am Flughafen sein.
Fazit: Der Arzt leistet sehr gute Arbeit, aber die Organisation dahinter war für mich eine große Enttäuschung. Aufgrund der organisatorischen Mängel würde ich mich nicht noch einmal dafür entscheiden – obwohl ich bei besserer Betreuung zurück gekommen wäre.

My name is Mirsada, and I travelled from the UK to have 360 liposuction with Dr Mehmet Uzuner. Prior to choosing Dr Mehmet, I had several consultations with other companies. Many of them had thousands of social media followers, but very few genuine reviews or real patient photos, which made me cautious.
I was initially apprehensive about having surgery abroad, but after speaking with one of Dr Mehmet’s coordinators, Kerem, I felt confident that I had made the right decision. All communication was fast, reassuring, and professional, and every question I had was answered promptly.
From the moment I landed at the airport, the entire journey was seamless. Transfers were well organised, and I was well looked after from check-in at the hospital through to meeting Dr Mehmet, who carefully explained the procedure and asked about my expectations. He was very honest and realistic about what could be achieved, which I really appreciated.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and the hospital staff were amazing — always attentive and available. After returning to the hotel, nurses checked on me twice on the first day. I was assigned a nurse called Sevcan, who was available 24/7 and answered all my questions at any time.
Sevcan visited me every day to monitor my recovery, change my dressings, and perform lymphatic drainage massages. Her care and professionalism made a huge difference to my recovery.
Overall, I have had nothing but a positive experience. Dr Mehmet and his entire team have been absolutely amazing and have exceeded my expectations. My results are already better than I anticipated, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Ödeme yaptığım estetik paketimde BBL işlemi olmasına rağmen operasyon sırasında doktor, estetik açıdan uygun olmadığını söyleyip BBL’yi yapmadı. Ücretin iadesi için başvurmama rağmen, tatmin edici bir çözüm sunulmadı; sadece küçük bir kısmı iade teklif edildi ve hediyeler önerildi. Paket içeriğinde yer alan BBL’nin ücreti hakkaniyetli şekilde iade edilmeli. Doktor beyin dili tatlı ama sözünde durmadı bana bizim memnun kalmamız için herşeyin yapılacağını ve üçretin geri ödeneceğini söyledi. Ama sözlerinde durmadılar. Hiç önermiyorum tavsiyede etmiyorum hemşireleri ilğililer ama bu yaptıkları tam bir dolandırıcılık ve asistanı Osman Güngör tam bir rezalet herşey bittikten sonra bizle olan konuşması agresif ve kötü niyetliydi.

I am writing this review about Dr. Mehmet Uzuner. My experience with him was extremely disappointing. I went in for a functional procedure to improve my breathing, but instead I was left with visible damage, including uneven nasal openings and a crooked appearance.
I delayed writing this review until I consulted other specialists to be completely fair. After evaluations in three different countries, all confirmed that the damage occurred during the surgery performed by this doctor.
What made the situation worse was the lack of professional care afterward. Dr. Uzuner did not respond to my concerns. I felt ignored and treated like a number rather than a patient.
Based on my experience and the medical opinions I received afterward, I cannot recommend this doctor.
Ich war bei Dr. Mehmet für eine 360 grad Lipo, BBL und Armstraffung.
Ich bin sehr positiv beeindruckt vom Arzt und dem gesamten Team.
Dr Mehmet ist ein super Arzt der sehr ausführlich sagt was und wie man alles machen kann. Er persönlich kam nach der
Op zur ersten Kontrolle und auch zum Schluss kam er auch wieder dazu um alles selber nochmal zu sehen und ein Ok zu geben.
Man fühlt sich Sicher in deren Obhut.
Die Schwestern Ece sowieso Sevcan wann immer für einen Da. Jeden Tag zur Kontrolle kamen Sie vorbei und halften wo sie nur konnten. Bei Sevcan hatte ich noch Massagen die richtig gut taten für den Körper. Auch nach meiner Abreise bin ich mit Ece täglich noch im Kontakt für Updates.
Ein Lob muss ich auch dem Assitent Kerem geben, der virtuell für mich da war, immer ansprechbar und täglich nachfragte wie es mir geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er war auch die erste Person nach meiner Op der direkt nachdem ich aufgewacht bin ein Bild geschickt hat von meinem Körper, das alles gut war.
Das gesamte Team nimmt einen sehr herzlich auf.
Wenn ich nochmal was machen müsste, würde ich jederzeit gerne wieder genau hier kommen.
