This was my first surgery, and I was extremely stressed going into the experience. I truly wanted to feel that I was in safe and capable hands. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to feel confident when your consultation feels rushed and lasts only a few minutes.
At this stage, I am only a few weeks post-operation, so it is still too early to properly evaluate my final results. However, my rating is based on the overall experience — particularly the consultation process. I did not feel listened to, and I did not feel reassured before undergoing a major surgical procedure. For a first-time patient, that reassurance is extremely important.
Many online reviews refer to the surgeon as the “king of BBL.” I cannot comment on that. What I can say is that the prices are significantly higher — approximately 30% more compared to other surgeons I researched. I was also charged nearly double for chin liposuction because it was described as “two areas,” which I found excessive.
The communication process was also frustrating. Whenever I asked detailed questions to the coordinator, I was told to discuss them with the doctor during consultation. However, that consultation lasted only about three minutes and took place when I was already prepared for surgery. That is not an appropriate time for meaningful discussion.
Pre-operative blood tests also felt rushed, and I did not feel that there was genuine attention or care regarding the results.
Overall, I did not feel properly guided, heard, or reassured during a very vulnerable moment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. I would not be surprised if he has another 2 patients on that day.
Je suis tellement heureuse du résultat de mon BBL avec le Dr DO ! Franchement, je n’aurais pas pu rêver mieux, c’est au-delà de mes attentes. Le Dr DO est hyper professionnel, à l’écoute et rassurant, on se sent vraiment entre de bonnes mains.

I had pretty severe case of capsule contracture which needed a lot of corrective and reconstructive surgery internally. It was quite worrying as they took a while to settle and to settle symmetrically. But they did! And now they are so perfect!

J'ai fait une opération BBL avec liposuccion et tout s'est incroyablement bien passé. Le Dr Dogus est vraiment un professionnel hors pair: trop gentil, toujours souriant, à l'écoute, et surtout très très fort dans son domaine. Et en plus... le chirurgien est trop mignon, vraiment ! Je me suis sentie en totale confiance du début à la fin.
Avec ma copine, on était logées dans un très bel hôtel et on a même eu un appartement entier rien que pour nous deux. Franchement, c'était génial, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux.
Les résultats de mon opération dépassent clairement mes espérances : c'est magnifique. Je suis vraiment trop contente de mon choix et je recommande le Dr Dogus à 100 %.
Mon expérience dans cette clinique a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin ! Dès l’accueil, l’assistante Maya, qui nous suit depuis Paris, a été d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse incroyables — toujours joignable 7j/7 et 24h/24, même lors de notre arrivée à l’aéroport.
Les infirmières, notamment Berra, ont été très attentionnées et professionnelles.
La clinique est magnifique, neuve, avec une hygiène irréprochable et un personnel aux petits soins. Son cabinet privée aussi !
L’hôtel 5 étoiles inclus dans le séjour était tout simplement parfait : propreté, room service, accueil… rien à redire ! On peut se balader manger dans le coin.
Quant au docteur, ses résultats sont bluffants. Le mien est très naturel, exactement ce que je recherchais.
J’avais longuement hésité avant de me lancer, après avoir vu des résultats de nombreux médecins dans différents pays… mais je peux dire aujourd’hui que le prix vaut largement la qualité.
C’est rare que je sois aussi satisfaite d’une expérience, mais là, tout a été au-delà de mes attentes.

Her detay düşünülmüş, süreç boyunca bilgilendirme ve ilgi eksiksizdi. Sonuçtan da fazlasıyla memnun kaldım. İstanbul’da estetik yaptırmayı düşünen herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Hem estetik hem de konfor anlamında mükemmel bir deneyimdi!

Şansınıza bir sıkıntı yaşamazsanız sorun yok, ama komplikasyon yaşarsanız Doğuş’u hiçbir yerde bulamıyorsunuz. Bizim tecrübemiz de bu şekilde oldu, ailemden iki kişi aynı gün mezoterapi için gitti, akşamına aşırı alerjik reaksiyon yüzünden acillik olduk. Acil doktoruna ilaç bilgisini iletmek için saatlerce Doğuş’a ulaşmaya çalıştık ama tahmin edersiniz ki piyasada yoktu kendisi. Sonrasında konuştuğumuzda da bizim yaşadıklarımızdan sonra aynı gece klinikte kendi ifadesiyle “operasyon düzenleyip” kullandığı ilaçları imha ettiğini söyledi pişkin pişkin. Daha önce de internetten ilaç sipariş ettiğini bizzat kendisinden duymuştuk ama sahte ilaçla işlem yapacağını hiç düşünmemiştik. Gitmeden önce iki değil üç kez düşünün. Benim tavsiyem, böyle bir “estetikçi” yerine, işin ciddiyetini bilen bir estetik cerrah tercih edin.
Edit: şimdi fark ettim, 5 yıldızlı yorumların bir kısmı kendi yanında çalışan kişiler. Daha önce bir kez bile gittiyseniz isimlerinden ve fotoğraflarından sahte yorumları yazan kişileri de bulursunuz kolayca.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 2 sene boyunca tatlı dili güleryüzü ne güzel güvenilir diyip gittiğimiz yer sonunda nasıl bir şeyle karşı karşıya bıraktı bizi, pes dedirtti. Halen Doğuş Bey’in mezoterapi ve botoks sırasında neden olduğu ve sadece komplikasyon olarak tanımladığı ama ne hikmetse aynı gün yaptırdığımız işlemler sonrası hem annem hem beni acillik eden ve aynı hafta birçok kişide oluşan (ki bu bilgiyi gariptir, doktor bey ve hemşireleri bizi yatıştıracağını düşünerek verdi) bu hatanın cildimdeki etkilerinin geçmesine uğraşıyorum, cildimin yapısı bozuldu. Acildeki görüntülerimden birini klinik sayfası olan Leo Klinik için yaptığım yorumda paylaştım ki yüzümün şişliklerini ve kırmızılıkları herkes görsün, görsün ki bir daha kimsenin başına aynı şey gelmesin.
Utanmadan birde acile gittiğimiz gece kendileri ile iletişime geçtiğimizde önemsemeyip Sağlık bakanlığı şikayet edileceklerini duyunca “o akşam kliniğe operasyon düzenledik kullanılan her şeyi imha ettik” diyebildiler.
Tüm konuşmalar ve yapılan işlemler, acildeki durumlarımız kayıtları ile mevcut, yazık ki işlemin adli inceleme süresinde canımızla uğraşırken şikayet etmekle uğraşamadık.
Dr Do is a great surgeon. After searching for a kong time , even booking my operation and cancelling thereafter , İ had my breastaugmentation operation by dr doand his amazing team. My only regret is not having this operation much earlier Now İ’m planning to have a tummytuck and bbl operation.

I booked my surgery with another surgeon but I changed to Dr Do after seeing his works. I had my first bbl and 2nd lipo (revision) the results are great and it’s manifesting that I did not feel much discomfort after the surgery like the first time.
The whole team is really friendly and this clinic is not like chop shops in Miami. They do take care of you and would reply you even at late night if you have any questions.
Highly recommend this surgeon and his team.
