Overall content with the service, provided as advertised. However one point to mention, the driver for the first tour which was for rafting was bit rude. The driver for the boat tour on the other hand was very nice
Boat tour was okay, agent was great. Rafting, Zip lining and quad biking was good. Overall good experience. Driver for the first tour was a little rude. Second tour driver was excellent. Will recommend forward.

They lock the dog inside when they go somewhere. I saw him twice, the poor dog just looks behind him when the owner left. Animals are not accessories.

Nice people at the desk. And the excursion yachttour ok. But , on the ship are rude, at the entrance they search everybody's bag and just confiscate your drink without explanation. Only water is allowed. You don't get it back! They don't talk english in general , only when it's convenient. Worst experience in Antalya. If you see the owner respons; clear he doest understand. I even explained. But I talked to wall. The bus was 20 min late. The search was inside boot. Other people was also rude and not explaining nothing. We did't land. So we could't visit the museum. I asked the photographer a picture. She said. Wait 10 min. After 30 min I asked again. Again nothing. After excursion you don't get nothing back. I asked repeatly to all working persons why..... I guess, professional behavior and service are unknown here.

We went on two excursions with Nirvana Travel: Hieropolis-Pamukalle and Demre-Myra-Kekova. Both were amazing! The driver, Ilker, was on time to pick us up and the vehicle was spotless, the seats were very comfortable throughout the long rides. Our guide for both journeys was İbrahim Gündoğdu who spoke in English flawlessly and entertained us throughout everything. Even on the small breaks he introduced us to some of the native fruits that grew in the area. I learnt a lot about the places through İbrahim, as he was very keen on informing us about the history behind these tourist attractions, and I am glad that he had done so. The food on both occasions was very scrumptious! All in all, amazing experience! I am quite satisfied with my time with Nirvana Travel.
