Die Fahrt fand statt, die Show nicht.
Als wir wenigstens um eine Teilerstattung baten, wurden wir lediglich schroff abgewiesen und als Lügner bezeichnet. Die Show hätte stattgefunden. Was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach.
Also bitte nicht, bei solch einem Veranstalter, etwas buchen.
Hier geht es nur darum, Geld für eine Busfahrt abzuzocken und nicht darum, zufriedene Gäste zu betreuen.

Lie when you book. You have to pay extra. Promise something and you have to pay extra to the guide after you start the trip. Burak is the guy on the phone spoke to me as the staff at the shop couldnt speak english. Paid the money as per his confirmation for the capadoccia 1 night stay tour. He confirmed price i paid 80 dollars thats what he asked for. include single room not sharing. All entry tickets 2 meals.
Tour guide refused to give single room which have to share with another lady. Entrance tickets not included. One entry 3 euro. Kapadoccia entrance 20 euro etxtra. When i called Burak after several calls, he said yes i confirm I said all that nothing i can do about it. If you want i can give discount on your next trip and laughed saying for that amount you paid what do you expect.
I wont trust them be careful with company.

Подошёл спросил про экскурсию рыбалка на 31.10.23. Агент кому-то позвонил, и мне сообщил, что да есть рыбалка на 31.10.23 , я сказал отель, мне сказали подойти к Макдональдс около Калейчи в 9.45 тогда я ещё спросил, а не поздно ли? Нет... всё нормально. Это время выезда. Ну ладно.
Приезжает микроавтобус, я спрашиваю экскурсия рыбалка? Нет. Дайвинг, я отошёл. Далее водитель, называет мою фамилию. Ну ладно, думаю я.
Потом нас повезли в порт, собрали деньги. И часа была инструкция как пользоваться оборудованием для дайвинга.
Я говорю, что я на рыбалку, мне да...да, удочка есть мы купили.
Шли минут 20 до места. Дальше люди стали нырять. Мне принесли удочки без крючков, без грузила. Я офигел. Пишу в фирму.
Типа мы вернём тебя 350 лир.
Так как трансфер,и обед, и обед яг.
Меня так жёстко обнамули. Я до сих пор в шоке.
Ни рыбы на гриле, ни рыбалки... Дальше только матные слова.
Не рекомендую, обходите стороной.
Ужасная компания !!!! Мы взяли три экскурсии !!! Обманули на экскурсии самой !!! Автобусы опаздывают утром на 1,5 часа !!! Единственное что удобно было лично мне это что можно было разговаривать с кем-то на понятном языке !!!! Безответственные !!!
