Kesinlikle ekibiyle güler yüzlü olmaları ilgili olmaları işlerinin eri olmalarından ötürü çok teşekkür ediyorum dayanılmaz diş ağrısı olarak tesadüf olarak gittim. gıttıgımde çok güler yüzlü ve tamamen sağlık odaklılar detaylı muayeneden sonra kolaylıkla bulunamayacak trigeminal nevralji olabılecegını ve nörolojiye yönlendirdi sonuç evet teşhis konuldu tedavi başlanıldı ben agrıdan dolayı dişimin bile çekilmesini istemiştim dikkatleri sayesinde trgeminal nevralji hastası olduğum ortaya çıktı. tamamen iyi ve dikkatli olmalarından kaynaklı yaptırdığım başka dolgu ve kanal işlemlerdende hem fiyat olarak daha uygun hem çok daha güzel kaliteli tedavi oldum. As a very nervous patient, after having been in contact with several clinics for the past year, I finally decided to go with Moral Dental for my full smile makeover. And so happy that I did! From the minute go, everything was explained to me in such a detailed and clear manner that, I knew exactly what my treatment plan would be and what I would expect to happen on a daily basis during my visit. No matter what time of the day, Lale their lovely Scottish patient coordinator would be on the other side of the phone, giving me all of the courage and assurance that I needed. For me, the most important point was having someone who could relate to me, understand my fears and concerns and make me feel at ease. I had my first ever meeting with DR. Mert over an online consultation which I thoroughly enjoyed. He explained everything perfectly and gave me such good vibes as a dentist that, I decided to go ahead and book my flights immediately. Upon my visit, everything from start to finish went fantastic. Dr. Mert and the staff were so kind, caring, supportive and helpful. During the actual treatment, I got to pick my smile design/colour and had the joy of having rehearsals. My smile makeover turned out to be absolutely stunning!So good that, I’ve had strangers approaching me to ask where I got them done! A massive thank you to Moral Dental for making me smile again!Words can not describe how I feel. For anyone that wants to have their teeth done, Moral Dental is the place to go.

I began my journey with Moral Dental a few months back for a new smile. From the moment I was in contact with them, I just felt something was right and decided to go with my gut instinct. So happy that I did. From the minute I touched foot to Antalya until I left, Dr. Mert and all of the team went out of their way to make me feel at ease and happy. They were so caring, attentive and professional. I could not have asked for more. The 5 star hotel that they acommodated me at, was fabulous and the staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful. Please AVOID this Dental Clinic and Wing Health Turkey. It’s worse than SCAM. Quality is bad, after care service is ZERO. I made a big mistake and now suffering with bad teeth, uneven, sensitive, big gaps… One crown is longer which makes the bite completely wrong and hurt like hell if I accidentally bite it. My lower teeths now are very sensitive, it hurts even when I bite a burger, I now have to change my way of eating completely. That’s not all, I decided to have the crowns with expectation to have straight & brighter teeth which I clearly told the dentist at the beginning but he decided to match the colour with my natural back teeths which is worse than my front teeth. I initially wanted to have veneer lamination to make my teeth look a bit brighter and straight. I was initially quoted at lower price, and when I booked the trip, Tugay put the price up. I did sense something not right and wanted to cancel the trip but we’ve already had everything booked & paid, plus I thought as long as the dentist is good, I don’t mind to manage the hassles with Tugay. However when attending the clinic, doctor Mert, the dentist only mentioned about crowns which I said I want veneer lamination, not crowns. He then said that I can’t have veneer because I am grinding my teeth which I’ve never once in my life and have no idea what made him so confident about what he said. Anyway, at the end, I then decided to trust the dentist to have crowns all-on 8. Doctor Mert tried to get me have more done, either full mouth crowns or atleast all-on 10 with the reason that I should have them in the same colour otherwise the back teeth will showed different colour when I smile, but I insisted to have all-on 8 only, happy if colour is different a little bit because I didn’t have intention to have those crowns too extremely white, just need a bit brighter than my natural teeths. While waiting for the dentist treated another client, Tugay showed me the colour samples & styles. I picked the colour and style I want. However I didn’t have what I chose at the end. My teeth now make me look like I am a heavily smoker. Doctor Mert didn’t even explain to me how the process will be or show me the crowns before he glued them in. He didn’t even give me a little mirror to have a proper look, but told me to walk to the big mirror on the wall to check. I was suffering from all that traumatic and injections and didn’t have a good vision. I only had the proper look a few hours later when all that numbness and dizziness had faded away. Anyway even I hate the colour but I was too scare to go through all that traumatic again to get them replaced so I only gave them the feedback that they should have better communication between them and especially with clients to make sure they get the job done right. They told me that the sensitive will be gone in a few weeks. However, it doesn’t go away at all, plus other problems made me decided to be brave and go back to get these problems fixed. When we started to make arrangements to return to fix their mistake is when things took a bigger turn. they started to distance thenselves and avoiding to reply. Tugay said that Mert would not reply to him, even though we said he should visit the dentist and talk to him face to face but he kept coming out with excuses. Tugay then gave us doctor Mert’s personal details and on contacting him directly he became very rude, stating everything should be dealth with through Tugay. For weeks of no communication we send Tugay a message that we are not happy and all we got was more excuses that Mert does not reply, no apology from him or any attempt to fix the issue. After weeks of this we have decided to not to carry on communication because its clear that they are avoiding us, so my advice is to avoid Wings Health Turkey and Moral Dental at all costs, SHODDY work and absolutely ZERO after care.
