I would like to express my serious concern about the behavior of a staff member at a MoneyGram location. This individual demanded additional transaction fees without any clear explanation. When I politely asked why the extra charges were necessary and what they were for, he became aggressive and intimidating. Even more disturbing, I witnessed him yesterday in a near-violent confrontation with two young women. He was shouting at them and using racist language, insulting them based on what seemed to be their Iranian or Pakistani background. His behavior was extremely aggressive and completely unacceptable. When the manager arrived, I expected a fair assessment of the situation. Instead, the manager fully sided with the staff member and even used offensive language toward elderly people nearby. This kind of conduct has no place in a company like MoneyGram, which should promote trust, fairness, and safety for its customers. I strongly urge MoneyGram’s head office to investigate this location and its staff immediately. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty – always.
