The staff are very attentive, friendly, and sweet; we were very pleased. I would like to especially thank Ms. Salwa at the reception for her attention and the complimentary drinks. Regarding price and service, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. In my opinion, it's the only place in the area that offers the most affordable and high-quality massage service. I can recommend it to everyone with complete confidence.

Please avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed. Many of the 5-star reviews are fake or written by bots. My family and I purchased a package that included a foam massage, sauna, and steam room. After we paid, we were informed that the steam room was not working. We paid for a 30-minute massage per person, but each of us received only a very brief and gentle scrubbing with cheap soap that lasted less than 10 minutes. To support my head during the massage, the staff member placed a metal plate under my head, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The prices are high for the quality provided, and the hygiene standards are unacceptable. There was visible fungus in both showers and sauna. This was a very disappointing experience.
