The owner of this school is attacking and defaming us, lying to the public to save face. Furthermore, they accepted my daughter without a visa, saying she only had to pay for six months, that there wouldn't be any problems, and that she could start classes immediately. He charged us €50 for administration and €1100 for the course. He lied to us, saying the Turkish consulate would handle the visa. My daughter didn't drop out of the course; we had to leave the country because we didn't have a residence visa. There was also an online course where the teacher was at the B2 level, and my daughter finished A1. They didn't continue with A2, and then the director suspended the course. We aren't millionaires to travel from one continent to another. The director lied about refunding my money and didn't even provide a certificate for the A1 course. Despite all the problems, they got away with it. I have statements from teachers at this school; they are very poorly paid and leave. They are always changing teachers.
