Dear All,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and lodge a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and appalling behaviour I experienced at Istanbul Airport on July 20th.
The individual responsible for this unacceptable encounter was Mr. Tolga Aslan, who was stationed at counter F-44 between 6 and 7 PM.
My flight was returned back with Turkish airline also from Istanbul to uae - Abu dahbi

From the moment I approached Mr. Aslan, his treatment was nothing short of disgraceful. Instead of assisting me, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright hostile. Despite my urgent need to board the flight for a medical reason involving my son, he accused me of lying, hurled insults, and refused to offer any form of assistance. His attitude not only made an already stressful situation worse, but it also caused my wife extreme distress, reducing her to tears.
To make matters worse, the police at the airport showed no willingness to listen to my concerns. Instead of addressing my complaint, their focus was to get rid of me as quickly as possible and they told me no police here in Istanbul airport only lost and found here ,
I was sent back and forth between police officers inside and outside the airport, with each group claiming the other was responsible. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, I was blatantly told there was no such person available at the airport.
Is this really how tourists should be treated by the authorities? I spent 12 days spent more than 200k Turkish lira..
I am a journalist working for Sky News, and Istanbul has always been a city I’ve held in high regard. However, after this incident, I’m deeply reconsidering any future visits. I certainly won’t recommend Istanbul to my friends or colleagues in Dubai either. This level of mistreatment, compounded by Mr. Tolga Aslan’s behavior, has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent future passengers from experiencing such unprofessional conduct.
I am just asking to open investigation with tolga aslan not because missed the flight but because his behaviour with guests and tourist

Bina; Etoğrafya Müzesi, Türk Ocağı Binası (Devlet Resim ve Heykel Müzesi), Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumu gibi yapıların da mimarı olan Ahmet Arif Hikmet Koyunluoğlu tarafından yapıldı. Bina sırasıyla Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Dışişleri Bakanlığı, Gümrük ve Tekel Bakanlığı son olarak Kültür Bakanlığı tarafından kullanılıyor.
Atatürk Bulvarı üzerinde, Talatpaşa Bulvarının köşesinde yer alan bina Hariciye Vekâleti (Dışişleri Bakanlığı) olarak tasarlanmış, 1926'da inşaatına başlanmıştır. Müteahhitliğini bir Avusturya şirketi olan Rellah yapmıştır. Bina 1927'de bitirilince doğrudan Hariciye Vekâleti'ne [Dışişleri Bakanlığı] verilmiştir.
