Dr Ismail first created a whole document stating the procedure details and what was included i.e transport stay etc and then randomly decided to consider my case in 12 months time after wasting several days of my time. Incompetent doctors and clinic went through bookimed. Avoid

من الناحية الطبية، الجراح الدكتور Gürhan كان محترفاً والعملية كانت ناجحة من الجانب الطبي، وهذا أمر يجب ذكره بإنصاف.
لكن للأسف، تجربتي مع الإدارة والتنظيم داخل المستشفى كانت سيئة جداً.
دفعت مبلغ 4000 دولار نقداً مقابل العملية. وعندما طلبت الفاتورة الرسمية (Fatura) تم رفض إعطائها لي. بل قيل لي بوضوح أن السعر الذي دفعته هو بدون تصريح ضريبي، وإذا أردت فاتورة رسمية يجب أن أدفع 20٪ إضافية.
هذا أمر غير مقبول بالنسبة لمريض قادم من الخارج للعلاج، لأن أي مؤسسة طبية محترمة يجب أن تصدر فاتورة رسمية مقابل أي دفع.
كما واجهت مشاكل في التسيير الإداري والتواصل مع المرضى الأجانب، حيث كان التعامل في بعض الأحيان غير مهني.
لهذا السبب، ورغم أن الجراح جيد من الناحية الطبية، لا يمكنني أن أوصي بهذا المستشفى من ناحية الشفافية الإدارية والمالية.

Je suis venu de Paris à Istanbul pour réaliser une rhinoplastie dans cet établissement.
Sur le plan médical, le chirurgien Dr Gürhan est compétent et l’intervention s’est bien déroulée. Il est important de le mentionner avec honnêteté.
Cependant, mon expérience avec l’administration et l’organisation interne de la clinique a été très décevante.
J’ai payé 4 000 dollars en espèces pour l’intervention. Lorsque j’ai demandé la facture officielle (fatura), l’administration a refusé de me la délivrer. On m’a même expliqué que le prix payé était sans déclaration fiscale, et que si je voulais une facture officielle je devais payer 20 % supplémentaires pour couvrir les taxes.
Cette situation est très surprenante pour un patient venant de l’étranger, car toute institution médicale sérieuse doit délivrer une facture officielle pour chaque paiement.
J’ai également constaté plusieurs problèmes concernant la gestion administrative et la communication avec les patients étrangers, qui manquent de professionnalisme.
Pour cette raison, malgré la compétence du chirurgien sur le plan médical, je ne peux pas recommander cette clinique en termes de transparence administrative et financière.
À Istanbul, il existe des établissements médicaux beaucoup plus professionnels et transparents comme :

I traveled from Paris to Istanbul to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure at this clinic.
From a medical standpoint, the surgeon Dr. Gürhan is skilled and the surgery itself went well. It is important to acknowledge this fairly.
However, my experience with the administrative management and internal organization of the clinic was very disappointing.
I paid $4,000 in cash for the procedure. When I requested an official invoice (fatura), the administration refused to provide it. I was even told that the price I paid was not declared for tax purposes, and that if I wanted an official invoice I would have to pay an additional 20% to cover taxes.
This situation is very concerning for an international patient, as any reputable medical institution should provide an official invoice for every payment.
I also experienced several issues regarding administrative management and communication with foreign patients, which lacked professionalism.
For these reasons, although the surgeon is competent from a medical perspective, I cannot recommend this clinic in terms of administrative and financial transparency.
In Istanbul there are far more professional and transparent medical institutions such as:

I strongly advise international patients to request an official invoice before making any payment.

Hello, I had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Ergin. The operation was a complete failure, with no guarantees, but that's not the real issue. The problem is that I developed a severe infection. I almost died. Please don't make the same mistake I did; don't go to this clinic if you truly value your life.
A perfect choice for my gynecomastia surgery. I was aware of the possibility of having it done in Canada at a potentially equal price if one figures in the cost of flights, hotel and living expenses for a trip to Istanbul. But I wanted a doctor with a good reputation who does the surgery regularly with the latest tech. I chose correctly.
Gûrhan Ôzcan not only performed at his reputedly high level, he is a kind and reassuring doctor. My surgery went well and from what I see so far, I’m very happy with the result.
The surgery is performed under a general anesthetic and there is an overnight hospital stay where you are monitored around the clock. The nurses were excellent and every 4 – 5 hrs they checked my blood pressure and administered a paracetamol drip for pain. Very good post-op care.
If you are having gynecomastia surgery here you will have submitted pictures. If they need to tighten up your loose skin this will cost extra so inquire about it in advance. I didn’t mind paying 600 euros extra (1000 CDN) on the day but one of my credit cards didn’t work, so be prepared.
I thank the hospital staff and Yasin , the patient coordinator, who arranged it all. And Dr Gûrhan Ôzcan has my deepest gratitude.
Die Bewertung zählt nur für Herr Prof. Dr. Gürhan Özcan, da ich bei ihm ein Gespräch hatte, er ist nicht nur Arzt sondern auch ein Vater, ein Ehrlicher Arzt, wie er auch sein sollte, bevor ich mit ihm ein Termin kriegen dürfte, hatte ich er bereits anderen 3 Termine mit anderen Ärzten in Istanbul, er war der einzige Arzt der mir nicht was verkaufen wollte, sondern wie es medizinisch funktioniert und möglich ist, das ist kein positive Kommentar sondern eine sehr ehrliche Ergebniss über Prof. Dr. Gürhan Özcan, möge Gott ihn beschützen.

Firstly I wanted to start by saying a HUGE thank you to Ege. I booked my procedure at Istanbul Aesthetic center 12 months ago from the UK through Bookimed. The whole process was incredibly easy. From the moment I booked until I flew home, Ege responded to all my questions and queries almost instantly. Deciding to get my breast implants removed was a big step and opting to go abroad was an even bigger step. The cost in Turkey was 4 times lower than in the UK but the care and attentiveness was 10 times better. I was collected from the airport, taken to my hotel and picked up and dropped off by executive transport for my procedure, appointments and airport transfers at no extra cost. On the day of my procedure I was given a full MOT (ECG, bloods, consultation with the anaesthetist and meeting with Dr Ergin) to ensure I was fit and well for the procedure. The procedure itself was quick. My mum and teenage children waited in my hospital room while I was in surgery and where there waiting for me when I woke up. I was checked on hourly after my surgery and the hospital food was lovely (way better than UK). I was discharged with full post op instructions and given my appointment for a few days time (to have bandages removed). I didn’t need any pain relief at all!
To anyone considering a private medical procedure look no further than Istanbul Aesthetics Center. Honestly, I was anticipating a very stressful experience BUT it’s been the exact opposite.

Мы не занимались никакими вопросами вообще,после операции предоставили нужные лекарства. Очень рекомендую эту клинику
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to both the clinic and Bookimed for the outstanding organization of my surgery and the entire trip. From the very first contact to the final steps — everything was absolutely flawless!
I’m a terrible worrier by nature, and before the trip I was nervous about literally everything. I imagined every possible scenario and tried to prepare for it all. But everything turned out to be perfectly arranged: I was met and transported on time, everything was punctual, smooth, and comfortable. There was a translator with me at every stage, so I felt calm and fully informed throughout the process.
One of my favorite moments was when they started putting me under anesthesia already in the elevator, so I didn’t even see the operating room — I simply woke up in a beautiful room with large panoramic windows. That kind of stress-free experience means so much.
The medical staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and supportive.
And of course, my special thanks go to Dr. Ergin Er for making my dream come true! I had a breast reduction and lift, and just two weeks after surgery I already feel like a new person. My shoulders are relaxed, I feel lighter, and every time I look in the mirror I can’t help but smile.
The results are amazing: the stitches are so thin and delicate — it’s honestly hard to believe how he did it. His work is truly artistry.

I had hair transplant surgery in this clinic 6 months ago. Overall, I am satisfied with the results, however, because of some issues with density in some areas where the transplantation was performed I have to give only 4 out of 5. For this price I received good service that was promised.
To anyone who may be interested in coming to Istanbul for surgery I highly recommend Istanbul Aesthetic Centre. I had a Brest reduction yesterday and my 20 year old implants taken out. After much consideration I decided on Mr Ergin as my surgeon. I will not lie I was scared at first however any and all worries were all for nothing as my medical Cordinator Yasin was at hand to answer all my questions & concerns prior to surgery. He arranged everything (I only had to book flights) from the minute I got off the plane assistance was there. He had me picked up by their car & I was taken to my hotel(which is lovely, clean, & so peaceful) ticks all my boxes. He knows & ensures all your needs are met. Great guy & a fantastic Cordinator for sure.
Secondly I would like you to know how clean & welcoming the clinic is. From the receptionist to the porters cleaners & last but not least the catering staff they seem to know what I would like nice food & friendly smile so appreciate them. Now I would like to tell you about the nursing staff & with my hand on my heart I can honestly say truly competent in the job, beautiful kind, caring compassionate but also encouraging as I was up on my feet a few hours after surgery they were in call 24/7 second to none. I do work for the NHS & can say second to none & mean it. Thank you so much Ipek & can’t spell the other nuses name sorry but both amazing at their job. Always at hand.
Now I would like to recommend my surgeon amazing Mr Ergin whom can never thank enough. He explained everything informed me of options & advised what he thought was best in his opinion, honestly he is a truly a great surgeon( they even sent me pictures of the before surgery & post surgery so I could see what work he had done & let me say this the stitches were so neat. So happy I am!!!
Again I could never thank him enough & would strongly recommend him to anyone for sure. For years I struggled with my huge bust played on my mind every day but it’s the second day & I feel amazing bit sure but managed with pain relief so please don’t worry about nothing as they know & attend to everything you need or like to know. I had a tummy tuck at Istanbul Aesthetic Centre with Dr Ergin Er on 13th May 2025. I was so worried about getting surgery done in Turkey. I did lots of research on who was the best surgeon. What's the best clinic?. I decided to book through Bookimedi, where Yasin was my medical manager. He was there whenever i needed him. Dr. Ergin Er, what a brilliant surgeon, I can't remember the name of an anesthesiologist, but i want to mention how fantastic he is. The nurses and doctors were all excellent. I couldn't have been in safer hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Ergin Er, he's not only a brilliant surgeon but also an amazing, kind, and thoughtful man. A massive thank you to you all for keeping me safe and giving me an amazing tummy tuck.
0 diye bir puan olsa 0 vereceğim. asansöre kırmızı rapor(devlet yetkilileri tarafından kendi testlerinden geçememiş) verilmiş fakat kendileri bu raporu sökmek istemişler ama başaramamışlar hala kırmızı raporun etiketi kalmıştı. Yeşil rapor( devlet yetkilileri tarafından kendi testlerinden geçmiş, güvenli) en son 1.04.2018' de verilmiş bunu hastanedeki yetkililere söylediğim zaman bana sert ve tavırlı bir şekilde öyle bir durum yok, uydurmayın dediler. Hemşireleri ilgisiz ve tavırlı. Doktorları iyi.
