I Lost My turkish Id and went here With AN appointment. Security personel were nice trying to help but the people attending at the service gate were not friendly at all neither servicial they were rude With all people asking help. Hopefully it changes

2000 person waiting and just one employee work there
Terrible, they deal with foreigners yet they don't know English, they are supposed to deal with foreign nationals yet there truly racist and rude. Its insanely unorganized, their website says something and when you go there they say " ignore the official website" it doesn't matter, what we tell you matters.
Horrible experience.
Hatred, rasist people. They yelling, humiliating the foreigners. I tried to fight back, then came the blackmailing, if I not close my mouth, they deport me ASAP. Disgusting, abuse of power. I will take legal action.

Безалаберность полнейшая. К людям (иностранцам) относятся как животным, если ты не говоришь на турецком никто с тобой не будет пытаться разговаривать. Очень халатно относятся к своим обязанностям. Не признают свои ошибки. Я закрывала международную защиту и они неправильно указали дату. Теперь я не могу заехать в страну, которую люблю и где вся моя жизнь. Признавать свою ошибку они не хотят и ничего исправлять тоже. Это худшая организация в которую мне приходилось попадать.

Berbad çok kötü davranışlar
Ciğeri 5 para etmez insanlar, eşim yabancı uyruklu. Telefonu 100 kere arıyorum açmıyorlar, sürekli meşgul. Hat düşüyor yüzümüze kapatıyorlar. Ülkem adına bu kurumdan utanıyorum.
