At the foot of the church is a small little cafe where you can get drinks. The church is beautiful, and as you can see, the colours of the reliefs are still mostly intact. Climb up the short steps and explore the little holes around the area, will present a beautiful scenery

Arkadaşlar gerçekten bence burayı görmek için sadece ve sadece 2 sebep var. 1)At turu yapıyorsanız okey yol üstünde gelinebilir. 2)Trekking seviyorsanız . Yani çünkü zaten buraya plan yapıyorsanız muhtemelen kapadokya'daki kiliseleri görmüş olmalısınız.Buraya çok özel bir şey açıkçası yok. Biraz daha fazla korunmuş çünkü çok uzakta. Yani anlamadım yorumlar o kadar iyiki beklentiyi yükseltiyor yani asla kötü demiyorum ama o kadar yol yürümeye değer mi bence değmez :). Gerçekten tam bir trekking.

Cette église vaut vraiment le détour ! Je conseille à tout le monde de venir ici à pied pour découvrir cette magnifique église, surmontant un magnifique paysage.
A noter que la porte peut sembler fermée mais elle ne l'est pas du tout.
清晨的格雷梅还带着一丝凉意，我沿着铺满碎石的小路向露天博物馆走去。阳光刚刚洒在卡帕多奇亚的奇岩上，蜜糖色的岩壁渐渐苏醒。在众多洞穴教堂中，Haçlı Kilise并不算最起眼，但当我弯腰走进低矮的入口，却被满壁的十字架图案深深震撼——它们密密麻麻地刻在岩壁上，像是千百个虔诚的祈祷在此凝固。
这座教堂得名于这些十字架雕刻，与其他描绘圣经故事的壁画教堂不同，这里的装饰更加朴素庄重。岩壁上的每一个十字架都有细微差别，有些简单勾勒，有些精心雕琢，在从洞口透进的微光中显得格外肃穆。站在这个狭小空间里，我能想象九百多年前，那些为信仰避难于此的基督徒，是如何在粗糙的岩壁上留下这些象征救赎的标记。
露天博物馆通常早上八点开放，下午五点结束参观。如果打算细细品味这些洞穴教堂，最好预留两小时以上。记得穿舒适的鞋子，因为要在岩洞间爬上爬下；也带上一件薄外套，洞穴内外温差明显。离开时已近正午，阳光明晃晃地照在奇特的地貌上，我回头望去，那些十字架仿佛还在昏暗的岩洞里静静发光，见证着一段隐秘而坚定的信仰历史。
Incredible place, the frescos are amazing and quite Old Testament. Just breathtaking.
Cross Church (Haçlı Kilise) also referred to as Crusader Church is located within Rose Valley along the main hiking trail which links to nearby Red Valley. This is one of a handful of ancient cave churches that you can enter and see within the two valleys and is known for its impressive carved ceiling cross and impressive Byzantine era wall frescos.
The church dates back to the 10th or 11th century and is accessible by way of a make-shift ladder up to the entrance carved in the cliff from which there are outstanding views of the valleys below. You will also find a juice stand setup just below the church with plenty of space and shaded seating for walkers to take a break to rest their feet and enjoy a freshly squeezed orange or pomegranate juice.
Well worth making a stop at Cross Church if planning to hike through Rose or Red Valleys or when combining the two for a full day exploring these two remarkable valleys just east of Goreme.
Amazing frescos out of sight of most turists. Joint rooms are also worth visiting.
Amazeballs! Worth the hike from Çavuşin. Inside still has frescos on the ceiling, there’s a cafe at the bottom, and you get to climb on a slightly rickety ladder. What more could you want?
Amazing church but very touristic. Don’t take a horse tour to go there and instead hike if you can!
