Inizialmente avevo messo una recensione negativa perché mi erano stati riaccreditati solo 20 euro dei 120 per cauzione. In realtà poi la quota mi è stata reintegrata completamente, e hanno dimostrato una grande serietà. Il servizio complessivo è stato davvero buono e veloce.
İyi niyetli ve kalpli insanlar. Acele içerisinde anahtarı teslim etmeyi unuttuk, bize çok yardımcı oldular. Allah razı olsun. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.
Mi sono trovato molto bene. Personale gentile, professionale. Nessuna truffa o proposta strana. L’auto era quella prenotata, tenuta perfettamente. Consigliati!
We booked the car through rentacar.com, picked it up as scheduled, but upon arriving at the parking lot, the staff informed us that the model we had reserved was under maintenance, so they could only provide an alternative. The replacement vehicle was of a different class. After discussing with them, they agreed to refund the price difference. However, it has been 23 days since we returned the car, and we still haven’t received the refund.
Additionally, the replacement car had skinny tires, and the rims were not properly fitted. When we reported this, the staff simply said, “There’s a spare tire, and you have insurance.”
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

네브셰히르 공항의 Garenta 렌터카 담당자는 사기꾼입니다. 사진 오른쪽에 앉아 있는 사람이 범죄자입니다. Enterprise와 서로 짜고 보증금 핑계를 대면서 예약을 취소시킨 후 2배 이상 더 많은 금액으로 요구합니다. 한국인과 외국 관광객은 절대 이 업체와 거래하지 마세요. 터키는 사기꾼이 너무 많은 국가라서 정말 실망입니다.
Yaptırdığım rezervasyonlu aracın olmadığını söyleyip daha ucuzunu teslim ettiler. Nedenini sorduğumda araçlar yenileniyor dediler. Rezervasyona güvenmemek lazım. Mağdur etmemek için bir üste çıkarmıyorlar da bir alta düşürüyorlar ilk defa görüyorum böyle bir işleyiş.
I have rent a car from Garenta for 2 days. Smooth and very clear instruction. The car was super clean and stable. Thank you Garenta for your good service.
Unfortunately this company is typical rental car scammer. They told us we did a new damage to a car and showed us the old one which existed from the beginning of the rent. After I showed them the photo of this damage before pick-up they suddenly stopped speaking English and start to use Google translate. They insist that I sign the damage and they will charge me from the card. What was funny was that they wanted to charge exactly the amount of our deposit. We made a comment that we don't agree with the damage and sign the document because we had to go for our flight. We made a complaint to the booking site.
Best car rental experience I've ever had, not exaggerating. Took no more than five minutes to pick up or drop off on either end, car was perfect, price was right. I'd give them ten stars if I could
