Update: Unfortunately, after an initially unforgettable journey, my experience with this agency declined. I later had a couple of disappointing booking experiences, including a recent two-day trip where customer care during and after the tour was inadequate. While they seem reliable for private tours, I would not recommend them for other types of bookings. At the end, the lack of support and follow-up was significant enough for me to revise my rating.
