This was a really magical experience. Please don't buy the ride through your hotel. It was be twice the price. My tip is to rather go into town and there are lots of stalls and vendors who you can get the ride from much cheaper. We were in luck and managed to get a great deal from a vendor who was kind, patient and helpful. We got back to the hotel and sent the passport pics through and he reserved the ride. He didn't even ask for cash upfront. He picked us up from the hotel on time and we paid when he came. The flight itself was very smooth, beautiful and unbelievable to see so many hundreds of balloons flying simultaneously without touching each other. It was so colourful, happy and free. The landing was also on the back of a trailer, although the pilot should have warned us because we were jolted quite a bit. Otherwise, no complaints at all. It was perfect in every sense of the word. You get non-alcoholic champagne and a certificate at the end as well. Photos were pricey but hey, it's a once in a lifetime experience. And you have memories forever!
Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. As backpacking travellers we were really deciding whether to splash out the money for a balloon ride or not. Ultimately we decided this would be our one big purchase of the trip at €100 each (we booked through our accommodation but after we saw balloons rides advertised elsewhere for €55).
When we got to the balloon it seemed like they had overbooked. We were the last 2 people to get on and they said we would have to get in seperate parts of the basket, for a once in a lifetime experience I think this is unacceptable. Since it was all a rush to get on they said we can squeeze into the 2 person section of the basket with another couple so this left 4 people really squashed. We couldn’t turn around at all or change positions so my partner could be on the side.
I really tried to enjoy the flight but seeing everyone with so much space in the other parts of the basket being able to take photos of each other and turn to look in other directions made me really sad. I would have preferred if they gave us the option to come the next day. There was also a 360 camera that got in most of my pictures of the balloons which was a shame (photo added).
We also didn’t get the chance to fly very high or go over any of the fairy chimneys like the other companies did, we just flew over crop fields. Would recommend looking at reviews to see which companies do this.
Can’t fault the pilot at all, he did the best with the very little wind that morning and we felt safe.
Pretty pricey, and it looked like they oversold the tickets the day we went. We were the last to get in and the balloon was full so they wanted me and my partner to split up to distribute the weight. They ended up letting us stay together and we had to cram into one of the two person sections with another couple. We didn't end up going very high or close to the cliffs but it was still a nice experience. I suggest shopping around as we just booked this though our accommodation.
Transfer minibus was punctual (4:30am)
Juice, water and a pain au chocolat was provided.
5:15am the balloons were being inflated.
Farhat was our pilot. He was professional and humorous.
28 passengers, carefully placed in the compartments of the balloon, so we each had our own space - so no pushing and shoving.
I put my bag on the floor and used my photo stick to video and snap away.
We also bought the professional video with music added. worth it for €30.

Easy to get in and out, with the help of ground crew.
Make sure you have €10-20 as a tip for the crew once you are presented with a celebratory drink and certificate.
Transfer back to our hotel by 7:30am
I would recommend not to book any other tour’s that day. We did the mixed tour from 9:30am - 5:30pm and were shattered! (Both in our 60’s)
Excellent experience. Our friends booked through Rooster at Adora Cave Suites and everything went very smooth. Reasonable price at 120 euro per person. The flight was a little shorter than we wanted but loading was quick and efficient. Flight was great, we went up to about 800 meters, then down into a beautiful valley, we caught the sunrise and then a smooth landing. Coolest was the loading onto the trailer. Not much of a hard sell for the extra video which we appreciated. Very professional team!
Pagato in anticipo, non sono stata contattata il giorno prima (come era indicato sul sito) nonostante e-mail e messaggi WA scritti da me ai contatti indicati. Solo grazie al tramite del ragazzo della reception dell'hotel in cui soggiornavo mi hanno comunicato l'orario di pick up. La mattina, nessuno si è presentato. Grazie ancora al ragazzo della reception, mi è venuto a prendere dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa una persona della compagnia, che mi ha portato nella zona di decollo delle mongolfiere. Do due stelle perché alla fine ho potuto effettuare l'esperienza in mongolfiera, ma sono salita nel cestello di un'altra compagnia.
Very nice experience only critic the bus smells to tobacco so badly I vomited. And they give you a sweet full of plastic which unaware turists give to the stray dogs… and they don’t care! If you are running a business next to a place where there are animals take care of them lets all be kinder. Dogs cannot eat sugar!!

muthtemelen tüm balon organizasyonları aynıdır diye tahmin ediyorum o yüzden çok ayırt edici bi özellikten bahsedemem. Kahvaltı olarak sandviç ikramı olacak denilmişti acenta tarafından ancak öyle bir şey olmadı ama turun sonunda bir bardak alkolsüz şampanya ikram edildi. Yorum yapmamın tek sebebi şahane bir pilot ile yolculuk yapmamızdı. Sayın pilot ferhat beye çok teşekkür ederim bu deneyimi bizim için çok daha eğlenceli hale getirdi. enerjisi ve profesyonelliğinin vermiş olduğu güven yolculuğu daha keyifli kılıyor.

Experiência imperdível é voar de balão. A empresa Flower Ballons é séria, comprometida com a segurança e torna o passeio mais incrível da Capadócia. Amei voar com esta empresa.
