On 2.12.2025 morning I had called to ask for the photo of my teeth done here. I firstly asked for Miss Zaynab knowing she deals with admin. I guess the person who picked up was a doctor as he said he is in rush and had a patient waiting, feeling his agitation and rush in voice. I suggested I send a courier to pick up the CD as they can’t send via email and I’m outside of Ankara. He just shut me, in clear annoyingness. Perhaps I didn’t bring you hundred of thousands of liras but I also was a patient. While I should note that my treating doctor Abdulrazzak was kind and helpful and clear in explanation. And for that I’m giving him 5 star. Thank you doc.

Many thanks to Dr. Muhammad for his professionalism and insistence on treating my teeth after an accident I had. The treatment took more than 10 days, however; the doctor is skilled and has conscientious in his work.

والله اتكلم عن تجربتي اليوم خلع سن العقل المطمور مع السن الي قبله كان فيه خراج والحمدلله تم بسهوله وسلاسه ايد الدكتور محمد جدا خفيفه ماشاءالله تبارك الله هو والدكتوره تالا ماقصرو بارك الله فيهم

We do not deny that the doctor is good, but he is very conceited and has no taste in speech, very, very condescending and very rude. Because of his bad dealings with me, I did not complete my teeth with him, and I have the right and not him, but he does not see that he is wrong and he told us I do not want to see you here and this is all because he delayed me an hour and a half of my appointment ! My mom knocked on the door to tell him that I had been waiting for ages!! He put a patient in my appointment! I waited an hour and a half and before my appointment I told him that I have to catch my bus he said don’t worry in the end I didn’t catch it because of him for delaying me and putting someone else in my hour!!! His voice became loud on me and he yelled at me and my mom!!! He was very impolite with my mother, he had no style in dialogue like who are you to talk to us like that!!!!Our Lord said, who has an atom's weight of arrogance in his heart will not enter Paradise. Advice for you, learn the method of dialogue and respect for patients! why do I need to compose a situation ? Where is the contradiction in speech? I just said that he is good at his job I didn’t even say he is excellent all my talks was about his disrespectful attitude towards me and my mom and that he doesn’t know how to talk well to the patients!

الدكتور محمد إبراهيم دكتور مغرور و لا يجيد حسن المعاملة مع المرضى لأنه أساء لي ولم أكمل شغل الاسنان معه انا لست تبع الاستاذ الذي تتحدث عنه ، انا لم اكمل معك لأنك وضعت شخص اخر في موعدي وعندما اتيت لأقول لك انه موعدنا واننا وضعنا موعدنا في هذه الساعه وفق لمواعيد الباص! وانت اخرتنا عن موعدنا بساعه مما ادى الي تأخرنا وانت تحدثت الي بطريقة غير لائقة جدا بحيث انني ذهبت من غير اكمال الاسنان من بشاعة اسلوبك معنا وايضا تأخرت في تحويل المبلغ لنا ياليتني سجلت كلامك وقتها معنا
