Online rezervasyon yaptırmadan havalimanından indiğimizde 3 günlük araç kiraladık. İşlemlerimiz 10 dk içinde halloldu gayet hızlı ve ilgililerdi. Aracı teslim ederken de herhangi bir problem yaşamadık, bir sonraki araç kiralamamızı yine enterprise üzerinden yapmayı düşünüyoruz.
Extremely disappointed with the Nevşehir branch. Dont rent here. Look for other companies. The staff was arrogant and rude from the moment we picked up the car. We were hit with a 1,000 Lira "cleaning fee" for a bit of dry sand on the mats, not even elsewhere and it wasn't even wet! We’ve used Enterprise Taksim after driving in rain at Uludağ and were never charged a fee. This is the fist time we encounter a cleaning fee in all the years we’ve been renting cars in different countries. We wouldn't even have minded paying an extra fee if it had been explained calmly and professionally, but the staff was incredibly disrespectful. We even returned the car with a full tank (received it half-empty). To be treated this way after buying full insurance and gifting them fuel is a total tourist trap.
In addition, we were a group of 8 and pre-booked/paid two Peugeot 2008s. Instead, they handed us a Ford Puma and a Skoda Kamiq. The Puma is actually cheaper on their own website than what we paid for. We felt completely scammed by this downgrade.

Cheap , good condition
I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Pickup and return were both quick and smooth. I really appreciated the clear communication and high level of customer service. I would definitely choose Enterprise again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service.

Coche correcto pero a la hora de entregarlo, lo pasamos mal porque no había una persona allí para recoger el vehículo y tuvimos que hacer muchas llamadas.
