I advice specifically for thick skinned nose patients to do it with him , most surgeons don’t know how to do such difficult noses but with this doctor ,he knows what he is doing.
I asked for a natural nose not overly done and the result is exactly how I expected . Just patience after the surgery as the nose can be very swollen and takes a lot of time .

Worst experience with dr yavuzs assistant memat
They performed a nosejob with almost zero results which got infected all the way near my eyes when i came back to canada and had to see a doctor here
Nosejob in average costs around two thousand dollars in istanbul but they charged me more than six thousand euro in my bank account and some cash they sent me to get from the bank
I could hear memat in the hospital saying to the nurses that they got my money and dont care about any post up when i leave as i understand turkish
Memat who hardly spoke and understood english did not translate proprley to the doctor of how i want my nose job and tried to ask for more money after six months from me
I recommand people to avoid going there as i got a crooked tip on my nose and infection which cost me seven thousand dollars

Einfach ein großartiger Arzt! Ich habe 2024 eine Nasenoperation (Bruch, Septumkorrektur und ästhetische Korrektur) bei ihm gemacht – das Ergebnis ist fantastisch . I just want to share how incredible my cousin’s and my experience was with Dr. Yavuz and Mehmet. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had receiving a procedure abroad. From their professionalism to their artistry and attention to detail, Dr. Yavuz had already been on our radar for his exceptional rhinoplasty work, and he absolutely lived up to his reputation. Even just two weeks post-surgery, I am so happy with my results.
The entire trip to Turkiye was seamless from start to finish. We felt so well cared for during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives, and everyone, from the hospital staff to the hotel, was incredibly kind to us throughout our stay. I’m from California, and this was my second time in Turkiye, but it definitely won’t be my last visit, especially for Dr. Yavuz!
in mid december 2024 I had an endolift done by Dr Yavuz, after 4 months I saw ZERO results.. My face looked exactly as before. I enquiried the doctor about that and he came up with the excuse that an endolift is never guaranteed to give positive results, which I find unbelievable. I am now amending this review, as from these days, mid May 2025 I started to see results and my face looks indeed way fresher. I am happy with the overall results. What needs to be considered is that it does take quite a lot of time for the results to show up. At least 5 months and half in my case.
My second time with Dr.Serif, and as always, he did an amazing job. He did neck lifting and breast augmentation for my friends. His team provided detailed information about both surgeries. It has been only 2 months since the operations, and we are supper happy with the results.

Review one) I did my rhinoplasty about a month ago (24 female from the Middle East). Here’s my experience;
I have two things to say, if you don’t have time to read the full review, the doctor was great and although it’s still hard to see the result considering my nose changes everyday, I can say I’m happy with the results. It’s natural and that’s what I wanted, my nose still relatively recognizable but it’s smaller and more defined now.
The doctor, as I mentioned was great. And everything was great up until post-surgery, if I’m being completely honest. If you care about the post-surgery care as much as I do I’d think about going there. Although the care I received at first was the beyond great, the minute there was no financial incentive the care has been drastically reduced. I had two incidents where I needed an immediate response regarding my nose ( by that time I was home away from Turkey ) and all I got was extremely late responses ( about 5days). This was related to the nasal retainer and the issue cannot be ignored as one day can do a lot of damage..
Imo The post care should be equally as important as the surgery, I was disappointed to see the difference between the care before and after.
The doctor is great and it I had the chance I would still go to him, but I’m not a fan of the post-care. I eventually started to feel like a burden and instead of asking questions I would just Google them, it’s ridiculous.

After losing over 100lbs I went through a two year body transformation journey with Dr Serif. I had a tummy tuck, arm lift, back lift & breast lift/reduction over three different surgeries. I had a male rhinoplasty with dr. Şerif yavuz. I had a very high standards about the shape of the nose post surgery and prepared about 10 samples of what I didn’t wanna have in my results and 5 samples of what I wanted. Dr. Yavuz went over all samples with me multiple times and created the nose exactly as I wanted. Him and his assistant Mehmet are extremely professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. Obviously for anything first time there always a shadow of doubt but after going through the process with dr. Şerif yavuz and his assistant Mehmet I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He is the best without a doubt

In September 2023, I had surgery with Dr. Serif! Breast augmentation (second time, I was changing implants, from another doctor, because didn’t like the result). Honestly, I was very pleased with the doctor and the result I got. The doctor treats his patients very professionally and I can say that he gave me the breast I wanted. What I showed in the photo, he did for me. I am also very impressed with his assistant Mehmet, he always helped me, quickly answered all questions and even after a while he is always asking how is my recovery going. The service is excellent! I will definitely turn to them if I need something done for myself in the future!
