In April 2021, I visited Dr. Gokhan Ugur for a cat eye / brow lift. I was recommended a hair bun lift (cheeks, temporal lift).
Before the operation, I was informed that my stay in Antalya would be about 4 days. However, due to complications during recovery, I needed to remain for almost a month and cover my own accommodation expenses. One day after the surgery, I required a second surgery under general anesthesia to remove accumulated blood. I also developed seroma during the healing process.
After around 2 months, the initial improvement had faded — my eyes appeared asymmetrical, my eyebrows had lowered, and there were visible scalp scars with hair loss in those areas. I was offered a revision surgery, but I decided not to proceed.
As a dermatologist, I understand that revision temporal lifts can be more complex and carry higher risks due to scar tissue and reduced tissue elasticity. Several other surgeons have advised against revision in my case.
In September 2024, I tried to arrange an in-person appointment to discuss the results, but he refused. At present, my only potential option would be scar revision, but complete excision is not possible because of the scar’s location and direction. Hair transplantation may also be challenging due to blood circulation and fibrosis in the area.
This review is based solely on my personal experience and is intended to help others make informed decisions before undergoing similar result.
It's been a month since my surgery with Dr. Gökhan Uğur. There's still some swelling and the scars are slightly visible, but I'm very happy with my new appearance. I knew this doctor is the best in the world, so I chose him, and I was 100% right.
It's good that Antalya's so close because I flew in from Georgia for a beautification.
We had a comprehensive procedure, including a facelift, blepharoplasty, bullhorn, and fat grafting, and I'm very happy with my face.
A huge thanks to the doctor, his assistant, his wonderful wife, and all the staff at the clinic where I had the surgery. If I ever need any other corrections, I'll definitely come back to you.

Ameliyatın etkisi birinci ayında bile hayal kırıklığıydı nerde tamamen aynı hale dönmüştü..psikolojim bozuldu o dönem çünkü bu ameliyat benim için önemliydi. Boşu boşuna bir sürü risk alıp ameliyat masasına oturdum iyileşme donemi berbattı. Çok fazla saç kaybettim dökülen saçları görünce ağlama krizine giriyordum:(
En çok da kendime kızdım bilinçsiz bir sekilde doğru dürüst araştırma yapmadan istanbul gibi bir yerden kalkıp Antalya ya ameliyata gittiğim için. Boşu boşuna 1 haftalık otel masrafı ve o dönem benim gerçekten yüksek sayılacak ameliyat masrafı ödedim bunun için kredi çektim düşünün. Çünkü yaptığı ameliyatı çok iyi pazarlıyordu bir de isim takmış saç topuzu germe diye, insan sanıyor ki Ameliyatın sonucu saçını sıkı sıkı topladığın görüntü gibi olacak çünkü kendi anlatımları böyleydi.
Üstüne benim konu hakkında yetersiz araştırmalarım eklenince inandım.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ugur, and although it wasn’t part of the original plan, he kindly corrected my deviated septum and reduced my turbinates because he knew they were affecting my breathing. This was done out of genuine care, and the improvement in my breathing has been life-changing. On a separate visit, I had a lip lift with fat grafting, and both experiences were excellent.
Dr. Ugur is extremely professional yet warm and approachable. He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave me honest and realistic expectations, and delivered exactly the results I hoped for. What really stood out was how available he was, always ready to answer questions or reassure me if I had any worries after surgery.
His straightforward, honest manner combined with genuine care made me feel completely confident and comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic procedures in Turkey.
Doktor beye 3 ay kadar önce alt ve üst göz kapağı ameliyatı oldum maalesef sonuçtan hiç memnun değilim. Ameliyattan sonra gözleriminin şekli yuvarlaklaştı, dikiş izlerim kat izlerine denk gelmediği için hala görünür ve iki gözümün şekli farklı, asimetrik duruyor. Keşke hiç bu işe kalkışmasaydım diyorum her aynaya baktığımda.
My facelift and fat transfer here have given me the best results. Even after 2 years my face keeps looking better and better. I am so happy with the result of my procedures, I look very natural and like myself. This doctor really is a magician and if you want beautiful natural results he is the right person to choose.

Gokhan beye 2020 yilinda göz kapağımdaki çukurlar icin gittim. Yag dolgu yaptı. Çok memnun kaldım. Dediği gibi belli oranda erime oldu yazın tekrar aynı işlem için gidecegim Gokhan Beye. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum
