I live in UK and traveled to Antalya to have MWA on my 4.3cm thyroid nodule with Dr Bulent. I had my procedure on Wednesday 7th May it lasted approx 7min (20min with preps) with no pain, I was super nervous but his kindness and reassurance made me calm and comfortable,
I am forever grateful to Dr Bulent, he is a very experienced and fantastic Doctor when it comes to thyroid nodules or thyroid cancer and I wished we have in UK Doctors like him.
Here in UK they sent me home with a letter to remove half my thyroid and I was devastated to hear of my options, but I done lots of research online and I watched many YouTube videos and read as many forums that I could find online and they all pointed to Dr Bulent Cekic as he has done over 7000 thyroid ablation for different types of nodules, he promptly responded to all my emails and I immediately booked my ticket. Two days after the procedure I flew back to UK happy and content and less anxious.
Since March all I could think was that this module will grow bigger and bigger as it had some vascularity but at the end of the procedure I saw on the ultrasound no more vascularity my neck is back to normal and I feel well, today is my 7th day since the procedure.
My nodule was 3.5cm in 2019 but in March 2025 it showed 4.3cm in the ultrasound so was growing slowly and started showing on my neck

I flew from Poland and was welcomed and cared for, along with my husband, in a way I could never have imagined before.
We were greeted with warmth and kindness. The Doctor devoted a lot of time to me and first we talked about many loose issues, family, work, etc. - which calmed me down a lot and only then did he start performing the procedure.
Dr. Cekic removed a suspicious follicular tumor on my thyroid, which no one else wanted to remove using the thyroid-sparing method, among other things because it was very close to the aorta and recurrent nerve. And the Doctor said it can be completely removed.
I have no scars, the pain was absolutely tolerable, and the microwave ablation lasted several minutes. Everything was done under local anesthesia. After 3 days I had a check-up and the tumor was already smaller then.
I am very grateful to Dr. Cekic and his team. A wonderful young nurse with wonderful hands.
I will always be grateful for the opportunity to meet the Doctor and for him saving my thyroid.

My family and I have recently had the privilege to meet this excellent doctor in January of this year. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Carsonoma with metastatic nodules.

Dr Bulent Cekic abalated all the nodules in my Thyroid benign and malignant. I am scarless, the procedure was pain free and the ablation took a total of 15 minutes this was all done under local anesthetic. All nodules including cancer nodules have disappeared.

Jeg rejste fra Danmark til Antalya da jeg fandt læge Bülent Cekic på nettet.
Jeg har i nogle år døjet med knude i halsen som var begyndt at vokse, og var begyndt at genere mig en del.
I Danmark blev jeg tilbudt en åben operation på ca 10 cm.,hvor man ville fjerne hele eller halvdelen af min skjoldbruskkirtel og jeg risikerede at miste min stemme.
Det klarede læge Bülent på under en halv time. Med lokal bedøvelse fik jeg “brændt” knuden. Ingen gener, heller ingen bivirkninger.

I underwent a procedure of microwave ablation of thyroid nodules (one of them with oncology) at the clinic of Dr. Bulent on December 9, 2024.
Thanks to this manipulation, I managed to save the thyroid gland. And according to the results of the ultrasound after the procedure, the nodes were destroyed, including cancer. After the procedure, an hour later I left the clinic and felt like a healthy person.
In Russia, such a procedure on the thyroid gland is not performed, with my diagnosis - it was only possible to remove the thyroid gland.
Many thanks to Dr. Bulent for his professionalism, willingness to take on difficult cases, for promoting such a method that allows you to get rid of everything unnecessary, while leaving the thyroid gland.
As a bonus, the doctor performed an ultrasound diagnosis of the internal organs of my husband and friend, who came as support. And my friend even had unnecessary fluid removed from her knee.
