ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED – EXTREMELY POOR SURGERY AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
Unfortunately, the rhinoplasty I underwent fell far below expectations and resulted in a completely unsuccessful outcome. And this isn’t just my personal opinion — the surgeon openly admitted that a mistake had been made. Yet despite acknowledging the error, he took no responsibility, made no effort to fix it, and completely ignored the suffering I experienced as a result.
He even admitted post-surgery that there was remaining cartilage excess, which likely means he didn’t properly check during the operation. Can you imagine? A plastic surgeon admitting something like that after surgery!
The visible deformity that resulted has seriously impacted my quality of life — both physically and psychologically. Now I’m forced to go through a second corrective procedure, investing even more time, money, and emotional energy.
The lack of care, indifference, and unethical behavior I experienced throughout this entire process is completely unacceptable. Plastic surgery is not just about technical skill — it also requires accountability and professional integrity.
If a doctor admits fault but refuses to take the slightest responsibility or help their patient, that is someone you absolutely cannot trust.
UPDATE : Following the comment I posted yesterday, today someone claiming to be from the doctor’s office called me and offered a revision surgery. I clearly stated that, having previously undergone an unsuccessful surgery, I no longer trust the same doctor and will not proceed with another operation.
What concerned me most about this call is that my personal information — particularly my phone number and possibly my medical records — appears to have been shared with third parties without my consent. This constitutes a serious violation under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and is highly concerning.
I will initiate legal proceedings regarding this matter and will share the outcome here.
I advise anyone reading this to be cautious when sharing their personal data.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr Yalcin & team very friendly and make you feel at ease ( i was espcially nervous as my 1st surgery) aftercare and accomodation is amazing. So happy with my arm lift. Would highly recommend Dr Yalcin & his team to anyone thinking of any surgery.
I had done a lot of research into surgeons and Dr Yalcin bayram is the best servet medical co ordinater also is the best nothing was too much and all my needs was met from arriving to the hotel which was luxary room service when I wanted to just relax but to be honest I was up after an hour walking swollen and some pain but was managed
Now I was booked in for FDL Lipo and breast reduction on arrival at the hospital tests was done
The day of surgery Dr Yalcin was very concerned of my health to have so much surgery done at once I am asthmatic but under control my surgery was difficult case as I had a very large hanging apron with a lot of fat still there
Dr Yalcin changed the procedure to the safety of myself reducing the surgery to lipo and removal of apron and although I felt disappointed at the time I am MORE than GRATEFUL for his 25yr experience and not just to take more money doing more surgery and putting myself at risk I was his Biggest Priority to achieve results but in a safe way to do so I will return in 3 months for upper part to be completed I HIGHLY recommend Dr Yalcin and his Team and I would never see another surgeon my results are beyond my expectations ️️ they is soo much I could write about my wonderful experience his amazing clinic hospitality his amazing wife I truly knew I was in gifted hands

I did some research into getting cosmetic surgery over in Istanbul. Lots of doctors came up but Porf.Dr. Yalcin Bayram was the one for me. With his qualifications and years of experience I choose to go with him. This has been my fourth visit to him now over in Istanbul and every time i have went over the service you get is amazing. I cannot fault prof. Yacin. He is a amazing surgeon. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get surgery done.
