I saw Dr. Cahide twice. The second time around was a pure disappointment . I flew in from abroad for her to follow up with My daughters case. Before traveling , I took the appt and requested an English speaking translator , they told me they had one and that he would accompany me throughout the appointment . A day before the appointment they called and requested we come in at 230 rather than 330 because that's when the translator would be available. They then called me another time and told me to come in at 2. I had no issue. I arrived at 145, paid the consultation fee of 2800 TL (they asked me about my nationality before the appt and I'm assuming they price based on nationality which is absolutely ridiculous , but for my daughter's sake I didn't make an issue of it ) we waited and waited And waited. First they told us she was having lunch , and then they told us she was coming from a different hospital. She arrived 235. The translator they brought barely spoke English, he spoke Arabic . I speak Arabic but he was Algerian, our dialects are entirely unrelated, we don't understand each other usually . The doctor was extremely hasty, barley listening to what we had to say. She even told us to be quick. The appt began at 235 we left her office at 254 . She really didn't want to listen to anything we had to say and even signaled with her hand towards the door for us to leave . I was massively shocked with her attitude and approach. Thankfully I had a close family friend with me who is Turkish and we managed to refund the entire amount of money that we had paid. If you want a proper consultation and a doctor that actually listens to you, irrespective of your nationality , I advise you look elsewhere. Save your money, time and energy .
