Very well organised, trouble free from landing at Istanbul, until my return. The clinic itself was very reassuring, very clean, with state-of-the-art dental equipment. The treating dentist was extraordinarily well credentialed, ensuring my full mouth implants were absolutely perfect. But it is their warranty that prompts me to finally write a review. Some eight months after treatment, I had an issue with the implant, and the clinic organised for repair under warranty without question. My teeth were very bad, lots missing, more broke, and all discoloured, my dentist here in ireland was useless, to get everything done here in ireland they quoted me 29000 euro.
I was in pain, I couldn't eat properly and embarrassed by how they looked.
I went online and spent a few weeks researching hundreds of dentists in turkey and their reviews. I was a bit hesitant because although there was great reviews for some, there was also YouTube videos warning people to stay away from turkey over nightmare work.
In the end I narrowed it down to 3 dentists and I made up my mind on the final choice after speaking to Nina.
Nina made the whole process from start to finish very easy, from getting an estimate on what I needed done, to arranging every part of the trip and stay, she is the nicest person to deal with.
I was collected at the airport, brought to the hotel and collected everyday to go have work done. The dentist premises is extremely clean and has all modern equipment unlike anything in ireland. Daily scans to see progress and great advise.
Dr. Ali was amazing, he is so good at what he does, gave me the exact teeth that I wanted, great shape, exact colour that I wanted I absolutely love them, but the best thing of all is that I am totally pain free and can eat better than ever with them.
I know that there's people out there reading reviews to try and find the best place and not a bad place for a bad experience, take my advice and go with Dentfix, they really care about the final result and I can't believe how good the price was. Trust me chose Dentfix,

Ich wurde über eineinhalb Jahre zahnärztlich behandelt in der Klinik. Von Knochenaufbau, Sinuslift bis hinzu Implantaten, war alles dabei.
Die Ärzte in der Klinik arbeiten sehr gut und sehr präzise, ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war klar und zuverlässig, und es stand jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung, um mich zu beraten und bei Bedarf zu übersetzen. Tamer war als Begleiter und übersetzer für mich da. Er war immer erreichbar und hat meine Fragen und Anliegen sehr schnell beantwortet, keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet, ein riesen Dank dafür für seiner Arbeit.

Ich habe mir in der Praxis Dentfix bei Dr. Ali meine Zähne überkronen lassen und bin auch nach fast einem Jahr noch absolut begeistert vom Ergebnis. Dr. Ali hat unglaublich ruhig und äußerst professionell gearbeitet, sodass ich mich während der gesamten Behandlung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Ein großes Lob auch an den Übersetzer Tamer, der alles hervorragend und verständlich übersetzt hat.
Die neuen Zähne sehen nicht nur fantastisch aus, sondern fühlen sich auch komplett natürlich an. Endlich kann ich wieder herzlich lachen – ein Gefühl, das ich lange vermisst habe.

It has now been more than six and a half months since my dental treatment at your clinic. At the time, I was advised by the doctor that some patients may require up to 4–5 months for full recovery and for sensitivity or pain to completely subside. I followed this advice and waited patiently. However, despite this extended period, my condition has not improved, and several issues remain unresolved.
Persistent Pain and Sensitivity
I am still unable to eat or drink anything hot or cold without experiencing significant discomfort. This remains my most serious concern. After more than half a year, this level of sensitivity is not just disappointing — it is completely unacceptable.
Unsatisfactory Bite
I am not satisfied with the final bite. It does not feel natural or comfortable and continues to interfere with normal daily activities. A completed treatment should not leave a patient with an uncomfortable or dysfunctional bite.
Uneven Tooth Surface and Colour
The colour and surface of the treated teeth are not uniform, and the aesthetic result is far below what was promised. Aside from a superficially “nice smile,” the overall workmanship appears inconsistent and unprofessional.
Very Sharp Edges on the Inner Surface of the Teeth
Several new crowns have extremely sharp inner edges and corners. Despite my natural teeth being worn due to age, the new crowns should not replicate sharp, uncomfortable surfaces. This has provided no additional comfort and, in fact, contributes to ongoing irritation.
Negligent Fabrication of Paired Crowns
Some paired crowns appear to have been fabricated with notable negligence. Certain crown pairs have bulges between them, creating a constant sensation of obstruction — as if food is stuck between my teeth even when it isn’t. This is both uncomfortable and unacceptable for dental work of this cost and supposed standard.
These past six months have been extremely difficult, especially as I work long periods onboard a vessel, where dental discomfort significantly affects my routine, sleep, and overall wellbeing. The outcome of the treatment does not match the expectations that were set, nor does it correspond to the considerable cost of this so-called “express method.” At this stage, it feels more like an attractive marketing promise than a reliable or effective dental solution.
I sincerely hope other patients have had better outcomes, but my case clearly requires serious attention and immediate corrective action.

Ich war im Juni als Begleitung für meinen Partner bei Dentfix. Als ich vor Ort die Professionalität, die hochmodernen Praxisräume und den empathischen Umgang mit den Patienten sah, entschloss ich mich kurzfristig auch behandeln zu lassen. Das wurde vom Team sofort umgesetzt obwohl ich überhaupt nicht in der Planung war. An meiner Seite war mein Betreuer und Übersetzer Tamer, der mit seiner ruhigen und einfühlsamen Art mir zur Seite stand.
In der ersten Sitzung wurden mir unter örtlicher Betäubung vom Chirurgen 9 Zähne gezogen und 6 Implantat Stifte gesetzt. Ich hatte keinerlei Schmerzen oder Schwellungen nach diesem Eingriff. Am nächsten Tag wurden dann meine alten Kronen entfernt, dies führte Dr. Cicek mit der Assistenz von Melisa durch. Die beiden sind ein super eingespieltes Team und ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und behandelt.
Ich bekam dann ein perfektes Provisorium und habe dann noch das wunderschöne Istanbul genossen.
Anfang November war ich zur zweiten Behandlung wieder dort, auch hier funktionierte alles Bestens. Die Abholung vom Flughafen, das Hotel in bester Lage direkt am Taksim Platz und die Transferfahrten Hotel zur Klinik alles perfekt koordiniert.
In der zweiten Phase wurden dann von dem sehr sympathischen Dr. Surhan die Prothetischen Arbeiten ausgeführt wobei er sehr gewissenhaft vorging und lieber einmal mehr das Ganze überarbeiten ließ unterstützt wurde er von der lieben Günes.
Nach 4 Tagen hatte ich 6 Implantate mit Brücken und 16 neue Kronen und ich bin überglücklich und sehr zufrieden. Die Zahnstellung, die Farbe, der Biss alles genau nach meinen Vorstellungen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Tamer der all meine Wünsche und Anliegen an die Ärzte weiter gegeben hat.
Ich empfehle Dentfix zu 100% weiter, ein super professionelles Team . Tausend Dank an Sami, Tamer, Dr. Cicek und Melissa, Dr.Surhan und Günes und an all die anderen freundlichen Mitarbeiter.
After years of neglect, catastrophic work of endless incompetent dentists in italy and England, I ended up in my late 20s without teeth, constantly infected rotten roots, complete loss of bone and gums. And lived like that for some 15 years, too scared to let any other dentist touch me. I first went to Dentfix 6 years ago but still terrified I waited another 5 years to finally decided to let them do it. The whole process took a year, from sinus lift/bone grafts to implants and finally teeth. They gave me lots of painkillers,never needed a single one. For years I wore a covid mask and had no mirrors in the house. I've now thrown all my masks out, I can recognise my own face in the mirror again, I'm eating things of which I had forgotten the taste, I make video calls for the fist time cause they didn't exist before I was too ashamed to show my face. Ein ganz großes Lob an das ganze Team von Dentfix. Ich wurde von Anfang an super betreut. Die telefonische Betreuung im Vorfeld mit Asya am Telefon war perfekt.Die Organisation vor Ort lief reibungslos. Vom Transfer bis zur eigentlichen Behandlung in der Klinik war alles ein Traum. Ganz großes Lob an Tamer,Asya,Hermine und Ali. Macht weiter so.
Vorsicht mit verstekten Preisen bei Dentfix Klinik. Diese ein Stern ist nur für die deutsch sprachige Beratung, ansonsten die sind Haufen Betrüger. Ich wollte 7 Krone und ein Implantat haben. Nach dem ich viele Röntgenbilder, 3D Bild und Informationen zu geschicht hatte, habe ich einen Kostenvoranschlag erhalten. Ich habe zum Glück das gleiche an eine anderen Kilik geschickt und sogar besseren Angebot erhalten. Trotzdem habe ich mich für teureren entschieden. Das Hotel war sehr dreckig, aber sehr nette Personal. Als ich im Klinik ankam und erste Beratung abgeschlossen hatten, haben mich in das Zimmer vom Chef gebracht, wo mir so viele zusatzkosten mit sogar mit 2 Kronem weniger, vorgelegt hat, dass ich fast vom Stuhl gefallen bin. Ich war total überrascht. Dann haben die mich vor dem Wahl gestellt. Entweder nach Hause fliegen oder ich mich mit dem Preis behandeln lasse.
Ich habe mich erstmal für Rückflug entschieden. Das bedeutet weiteren Flugkosten und meine genommene Urlaub fehlte ins Wasser.
Also habe ich anderen Kliniken kontaktiert. Die haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Transfer, komplette Untersuchung und ein Implantat eingesetzt. Ich habe sogar viel mehr machen lassen, als ich geplant hatte. Super Beratung und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Klasse. Das Hotel vergleichbar wie 5 Sterne. Super Komfort, sehr Sauber und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Klinik.
Übrigens die Klinik heißt AKVA Dent. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Today we visited Dentfix Dental Clinic. I had been feeling pain and sensitivity in my teeth while in Istanbul, and we managed to book an appointment for the same day — within just one hour!
When we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly, the clinic was spotless, and the dental assistant took my X-ray and OPG. They also ran a blood test for STDs. Dr Ayse examined my tooth carefully and confirmed there was no dental issue — it seems the sensitivity might be coming from my sinuses.
The check-up was completely free, and it was such a relief to know that nothing was wrong with my tooth. I felt very comfortable throughout the visit.
I highly recommend Dr Ayse and her team — they are professional, clean, and honest.
It was really overwhelming coming all the way from Australia by myself but the team were so great, calm with me and reassured me a lot. I was very fussy and they were extremely accommodating and more than understanding. Thank you dentfix team.

Trovato quasi per caso e dopo diversi preventivi in diverse cliniche, Dentfix mi è sembrato quello più giusto.
Mi sono affidata a loro e inizialmente sono stata seguita da Augusto, persona stupenda in tutto e molto disponibile.
Ho iniziato il lavoro ad agosto 2024 e ho terminato proprio oggi.
