Booked a trip a day earlier, became ill in the night (vomitting etc.) so was not in a shape to go to tour, could not even lift my head up from the bed.
In the morning I texted that we would not be able to make the trip, before the announced pick up time.
We have requested the date to be re-arranged to the next day, then we were told it was not possible.
I could understand there would be a cost for transportation and it was possible for them to ask for us a transportation fee, if a resolution was being sought.
In the end, they took all the money, did not offer service, did not return anything at all.
Avoid at all costs. They offer service until they take the payment, no more.
This should not be allowed in a touristic place and it will be reported the related authorities.

Il ne faut pas prendre d’activité avec cette compagnie! J’ai pris une visite à Cappadocia pire décision le transport est NON-climatisé, plein et non confortable. Pour l’activité principale, ils ont attendu qu’on soit à 2h sur la route de Cappadocia pour nous informer que c’est annulé a cause des vents mais ils le savaient certainement bien avant. C’est un piège compagnie pourrie!

We went two tours with this company-rafting and diving and really had amazing time. Everything was super organized without waiting’s, misunderstanding etc. So highly recommend
We booked this tour and the excursion won’t really start til 11am there’s a lot of traveling. And also when you get in the boat it won’t go right away and the tour there will be three islands. The landscapes and islands itself are beautiful however it’s not that exciting there’s no corals nothing to see no fish either . Every stop there’s 45 mins and the lunch and food wasn’t great. You have to pay the snorkeling mask but doesn’t make sense to rent one cause there’s nothing to see. Been traveling to Southeast Asia and we live in Hawaii so if I am going to be brutally honest wasn’t really great tour Overall it’s okay It’s enough to book first time but not second time .
I felt quite uncomfortable being there as a woman and am just glad I was not there alone.
