We thought to give this place a try for a wedding anniversary pamper evening.
The place was adequate and clean, and the staff was correct. There was a male and two females, who were the therapists. We got the 120 minutes Sultan Luxury experience.
We were served a fruit platter and juices during the sauna and then had the hamam bath followed by massage and face mask. The actual treatment only lasted 90 minutes approx (so no 120 minutes that we paid for); we entered the sauna at around 19.30, and we were finished by 21.05.
Ambience was weird, you could hear them talking and laughing outside quite loudly so it didn’t feel relaxed, the girls didn’t talk a lot of English, so the contact was poor and distant; the male person was showing us around from one room to another, it felt a bit uncomfortable for my wife, given that you are nude with a little towel around you, this could be easily done by the therapists themselves.
They also mentioned in the confirmation email (copied from the email): “We are honored that you chose to celebrate your Wedding Anniversary with us! To celebrate this milestone, we will be preparing a small, exclusive surprise gift for you and your wife during your visit. We like to keep it as a secret until you arrive to make it even more special”
There was no mention about any anniversary treat or any gift or anything at all when we got there or during the treatment, which was odd… why would you say anything if you’re not planning to offer it?
Also… they don’t have a card payment machine on site, they take you a few minutes away walking to another hotel to make the payment.
In summary, not bad for a couple treatment, as most of the places have a separate male/female hamam, but don’t expect excellence, there are much better places out there that you should try if not requiring a couple experience.

We booked the Sultan experience, was supposed to be a 2 hour experience. We were done by after 90min. They forgot a few of the services offered and it felt so rushed like they were trying to get finished for the night. The 5 star reviews are 100% not true. Much better experiences to be had elsewhere.

Hamam molto carino e molto professionale...
Very pleasant, clean, and tidy place. The Hammam service is very good, and the staff are very friendly, especially Natasha, who did an amazing job.
However, I cannot give a higher rating, as the establishment does not accept card payments, and this was not mentioned on the website, nor were we informed of this upon arrival, nor was it indicated on any sign.

Great service. So relaxing i fell asleep. Serviced by Natasha. Small and cosy place but do not be fooled by it. Better than it looks
