A friend recommended clinic mono to me as I wanted a neck lift after losing a lot of weight. I was contacted swiftly by Said. Said has been so helpful, polite and professional during the first stages of enquiry, and also when booking the treatment. I never felt under pressure and if I have any questions he always replies in a timely manner. Im looking forward to my treatment later on in the year ️

Beautiful stay, we have been very looked after by Beautiful sherry and Smart looking Hasan at the after care villa. The villa cozy place where you can sunbathe, swim and relax when you want.

I had a pleasure of being looked after by the great team of mono clinic, Mohammed made my experience easy ,took me door to door of tests and consultations, held my had till the last door of surgery handing me over to the best surgeon n then had a pleasure to be nursed by Almira...and here I am starting my new journey with my bestie Çagla on healthly eating ,fitness and summer body all the way ...thank u mono team
Before I landed the communication from the team was amazing! The transfer was on time didn’t have to wait around. The WhatsApp group chats from the team were very effective. I knew what time the driver was to collect me and what I needed to do before the surgery.
Tuna was very informative all the way. He was there to let me know all about the paperwork. The Dr Ozgun Akgul explained the procedure very well. It took less than 10min. Very efficient.
My dietitian Cagla explained all the supplements I needed. My hotel stay was very comfortable. They had an in house nurse checking in. I felt well taken care of.
Upon checking out Gigi had lovely gifts prepared for me. The rooms were clean. It was such a pleasure to stay with Mono clinic.

Umutcan and şeri from mono villa were really kind and they welcomed me very warm, felt really comfortable at the villa, it is really beautiful, villa felt like home to me, and there was lots of shops nearby too. They were always smiling and warm to me.

I am day 4 post op. And all I can say is that the staff are incredible. They are so helpful and kind. I was optimistic about how my experience would be but they have definitely exceeded my expectations.
I was very worried to travel but the staff has made me feel at ease. If I was ever to have surgery again. I would come back to mono clinic and also recommend to family and friends. I am waiting for my cast to and nose splints tobe taken out however the surgeon has shown me table photos and I’m impressed. Thank you so much all the team at mono clinic xxx

I will be heading out for my flight tomorrow, and I want to express my gratitude to a particular person at the hotel who made my stay unforgettable! Almira!!! She truly is the best person ever! And honestly, the hotel should be so proud to have someone like her on their team. She goes above and beyond! She provided me with the best advice and would frequently come upstairs to check on me. When my child felt a bit warm, she also came up to check his temperature. Not only was she looking after me, but she also cared for my children. I was quite anxious due to a lot of swelling and bruising, and she was the one who eased all my fears! Without Almira, my visit wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable. Please encourage everyone to be as kind as she is, and also to remember another aftercare nurse whose name I sadly can't recall, but he had long hair! He is another gem! He also goes above and beyond, not just for me but I would see him rushing around to assist others! He truly goes the extra mile as well. I honestly adore these two! Please always take care of them!
My visit to Mono Clinic was a very positive experience and I can confidently recommend this place.Even before my visit to Turkey, I was in constant contact with Safaa and Ceren, who always responded quickly and efficiently to all of my questions. Thanks to them, I felt calm and well prepared before the trip.From the very beginning everything was perfectly organized. The transport was always on time and the communication with the team was very good and smooth. Because of this, I felt well taken care of at every stage of my stay.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained and comfortable, and the aftercare was at a very high level. The hospital is modern and very well equipped, and the nurses are extremely caring, kind and professional. I loved them ️A special mention goes to Gigi, the manager, who is very responsible and truly cares about her guests and patients. You can see that it is important to her that everyone feels safe and comfortable.
I would also like to thank nurse Almira from the After Care hotel. She was always ready to help and you could count on her in every situation.

The communication from the team was excellent, and everything was explained to me clearly which made me feel calm and confident throughout the process. Ich habe meine Augen bei der Mono Clinic in Izmir lasern lassen und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich am Anfang wirklich große Angst vor dem Eingriff. Man hört ja viele Geschichten und weiß nicht genau, was einen erwartet.
Zum Glück hatte ich Bekir als Assistenten an meiner Seite. Er hat mich die ganze Zeit begleitet, mir alles genau erklärt und mir jede Angst genommen. Ich konnte ihn jederzeit alles fragen und habe mich dadurch wirklich sicher gefühlt.
Der Arzt war unglaublich freundlich und sehr vertrauenswürdig. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mich ausführlich aufgeklärt und jeden Schritt erklärt. Dadurch wusste ich genau, was passiert, und konnte mich entspannen.
Die Behandlung selbst verlief komplett schmerzfrei und viel schneller, als ich gedacht hätte. Auch im Hotel war alles perfekt organisiert: alles sauber, super Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Organisation war wirklich top.
Das Beste: Schon am nächsten Tag konnte ich ohne Probleme sehen. Ein unglaubliches Gefühl!

Hassan and Sherry were very kind and helpful with everything. The villa is beautiful and very clean. And u could have access to very thing in the house. It's a very quiet location over all.
They are great at looking after patients and following through with Aftercare. My client relations, Mr Mohamed was great and continued to ensure I get the care and attention I deserve
