Lights in the room werent working, the toilet smelled awful, the toilet and bathroom doors didnt close. The hotel owners were unprofessional. They also asked me for more money than we had agreed upon. İ wont go there again. They lost a customer.

I had a very unpleasant experience at cityhub dirty hostel not hotel. The information provided by the hotel was completely incorrect, and the staff were extremely aggressive and disrespectful. The condition and cleanliness of the place were very poor, and it is truly shameful that such people are employed there. they suffisticated the money and they were horrible scammers. avoid them
I strongly urge the hotel management to review these issues and take the necessary actions to improve both service quality and staff behavior.
Benwiz Otel’de çok olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Otelin verdiği bilgiler tamamen yanlıştı ve personel son derece agresif ve saygısızdı. Mekânın durumu ve temizliği çok kötüydü ve böyle insanların bu işte çalışıyor olması gerçekten utanç verici.
Otel yönetiminin bu konuları gözden geçirmesini ve hem hizmet kalitesini hem de personel davranışlarını iyileştirmek için gerekli adımları atmasını güçlü bir şekilde talep ediyorum.
They didn’t mention in English in their description that it was a 6-bed mixed dormitory. I paid 47 euros for 3 days, and it was such a disappointing experience. If it had been clearly stated, I would never have booked this room. I will never forgive that — it’s unacceptable. And they need to mention what room it is! its not a 3 star hotel.....its a very old hostel.||People don’t understand Turkish, and if it’s an international booking website, the information must be written in English.||On my receipt, it clearly said “1 room for one adult”, but when I arrived, it turned out to be a 6-bed mixed dormitory. It’s a shame and some words in turkish....kisla pansiyon is much better and many other places for much lower price.
Antalya’ya geldiğimde güvenli bir şekilde keyif alarak kaldığım bir otel. Çalışanların güler yüzlü olduğu merkezi konumda olan çok güzel bir otel.
Antalya da kalmaktan keyif aldığım, her gelişimde severek kaldığım temiz güler yüzlü insanların işlettiği çok sıcak bir otel. tertemiz ve ilgili bir otel kalacak olanların muhakkak tercih etmeli.
Sahipleri temiz guleryuzlu ve ilgili insanlar, paylasimli odada kaldim odada biraz fazla yatak oldugunu dusunuyorum ama yataklar temiz ve rahatti. Ucret konuma gore gayet makuldu tesrkkur ederim.
