My first inversion in three months happened in a Cihangir loft with a stranger spotting my hips—not what I expected from a drop-in, but exactly what was needed. This studio punches above its weight: high ceilings, clean wood floors, exposed ductwork that catches light even on a gray Istanbul afternoon. It reads premium Western yoga without the pretension. Meltem ran our small group (6 women, 2 men) through a genuinely athletic flow—no passive stretching, no ambient spa music, just work. My tracker logged nearly 400 calories before we earned that long, quiet savasana. Yes please. She taught in English for my benefit & didn't blink when my drop-in payment failed to process, waving me onto my sweet loaner mat without hesitation. Showers are clean, lockers work, water station's stocked. If you are chasing real yoga in Istanbul—not Instagram fodder—this is the room.

Great local yoga studio. I took lever 3 classes and even though it was a bit easy, the teacher helped me try out new advanced asanas. The practice room is cozy and intimate. Thank you!

Please remove “Burak” from your teaching schedule, the man has severe body odor, I almost suffocated from the practice. Please install mosquito screen at the back window so basic cleaning standards can be followed. Please update online schedule promptly if there is a last minute substitution.

大好きなヨガスタジオ。主にトルコ語で進められる授業だが、非トルコ語話者がいると英語を交えてレッスンしてくれる。どの先生のレッスンも良い。夜に行くと激混みでホットヨガになるので、時間が合えば昼間に行くのがおすすめ。
