Летали в сентябре 2025. Пожалуй, одно из лучших впечатлений в жизни. Выбирать организацию, чтобы осуществить свою мечту, было непросто. Но не прогадали. Организация была на высоте: приехали к нашему отелю вовремя, забрали, отвезли на базу и накормили легким завтраком, затем отвезли на точку старта, где уже надували шары. Взлетели легко, поднялись высоко и увидели рассвет. Пролетели над бесподобными долинами Каппадокии. У жены - слезы счастья, у меня - мурашки по коже, - в общем, все как надо.
Сначала на земле было прохладно, но в воздухе было тепло от огня. В нашем отделении корзины было шесть человек и всем хватало места. Пилот бы с юмором - развлекал весь полет. По приземлении всем вручили сертификаты и дали выпить шампанское: кому алкогольное, а кому и безалкогольное. За 40 долларов купили флешку с видео (360 градусов) нашего полета - пилот снимал.
Нам повезло с погодой, на следующий день был сильный ветер и полеты не состоялись. Поэтому, если и приезжать туда, чтоб полетать на шаре, надо брать хотя бы три дня, чтобы была возможность перенести полет.

The staff was very friendly. I would like to say thank you to the staff here, as he helped us to communicate with the hotel staff and drove us to pick up my purse before takeoff when I found my purse lost in the hotel room.
And the flight with Voyager, I would say it was amazing, good timing, and a nice pilot.
The view in winter is also stunning; don't hesitate to join a winter hot air balloon tour!
Esperienza bellissima. Ottimo servizio . Dall’hotel siamo andati prima a fare colazione verso le 4:30 poi al campo . Ci siamo goduti tutta la preparazione . I ragazzi gentilissimi e preparati. Il giro dura circa un’ora . Al ritorno abbiamo brindato. Ti rilasciano anche un certificato. Il volo magico. Vedere all’alba tutte quelle mongolfiere in quel contesto è stato un momento magico. Our experience with Voyager Balloons was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to assist us with every detail, making the journey smooth, stress-free, and incredibly well-organised.
Despite weather-related uncertainties, their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. The team was proactive, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best possible experience. Every interaction reflected warmth, empathy, and a high level of professionalism.
A special mention to our pilot, Mustafa, who was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, jolly, highly knowledgeable, and extremely versatile in handling the flight. He shared insightful information throughout the journey, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. Most importantly, the take-off and landing were exceptionally smooth and safe, which made us feel completely at ease and allowed us to enjoy every single moment.
We truly enjoyed every bit of this magical experience and would love to come back again in the summer to relive it. Voyager Balloons sets a gold standard for hospitality, safety, and customer care. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cappadocia — you’ll be in the best hands!
Do not plan for a trip in winter. We booked on 3/12 but it got cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions. Rebooked the next day, cancelled again! So disappointing. Still waiting for our refund. But I must say they picked us up on schedule and liaised well with us prior to the trip. Planning was smooth and reliable.
Had a great balloon flight experience with pilot Mustafa and Toros. Amazing service and highly recommend Voyager balloons. Really appreciate all staff for their service and support .

Eşim ve çocuğumla birlikte deneyimledik. Arkadaşlarımız çok misafirperver ve ilgililer. Sabah kalkış noktasında kahvaltı, çay, kahve vb. Herşey vardı. Yer ekibi, uçuş ekibi hepsi iyiydi. Araçlarla kalkış noktasına götürülüp, getirildik. İnişte şampanyalı kutlamalar yapıldı. Hatıra olarak isme öze uçuş Sertifikaları basılmış ve teslim edildi. Dosta tavsiye edilebilir
We booked Voyager Balloons online through their website. Seamless booking process. They're very active, prompt and English fluent on emails and WhatsApp.
The weather conditions are very stringently monitored and flight operators and Turkish Civil Aviation regulate this recreational activity very professionally. Slightest risk (e.g. unstable wind conditions) and safety is prioritised over commercial interests. So rest assured, if you are flying, the weather is indeed clear and you're safe to fly.
If your Balloon flight is postponed, Voyager will proactively reach out to you to help you plan your day. We took up on their offer. In summary:
- A mixed / customised tour that's not typically available from walk-in operators
- Private tour so you're not pushed around to "others" schedule, you start your morning when you want, you decide how much time you spend at a spot, and the tour guide leads accordingly
- BEST PART: Neat/Tidy 2025 VW Crafter arrives on time, and an absolutely brilliant tour guide, not only fluent in English, fluent in history, even geology of the landscape! His name is Toros. The amazing chap is actually a Balloon pilot with years of flying experience and he makes for not just a tour guide but high quality conversations along the way. If you're booking with Voyager, INSIST on flying with Toros or if the flight is postponed, check out the region with Toros as your guide. Toros is just brilliant. And it will be unfair not to mention Mustafa. He drove us around and very safe pair of hands behind wheels.
Verdict: EUR380 for a private tour, customised entirely to our asks (family size = 4). From 10am to 5pm. Expensive, yes, BUT ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY EURO. If you want quality and are not particularly price conscious, close your eyes and sign up with Voyager. And no this is NOT paid feedback
El vuelo fue espectacular. Mustafá Tuncer fue nuestro piloto y genial. Con humor fue amenizando todo el vuelo, acercándose a las montañas para ver de cerca los paisajes y luego subiendo para apreciar el paisaje completo. Una experiencia sin duda para hacer al menos una vez en la vida!!!
Fantastic - what a fantastic experience. They say "why travel?" ... well one reason is that it expands your horizons. And today, boy did we see ‘the horizon’. With a very early departure time, we arrived to enjoy the iconic Cappadocia “hot air balloon ride” … and it was fantastic, literally gliding across ancient, moon-like, pinnacle landscapes. There were 165 separate balloons in the air today. So colorful and serene. It was incredible, with stunning views, a lovely team of staff, and a perfect landing. Thank you!
