I booked my flights and actually a recuperation stay as I live alone.
I arrived quite late at night.
I was expecting to be taken to the hospital then after operation to hotel.
I arrived but no one was at the meeting point. Some guys were stood smoking and they asked my name. They literally told me to go sit on a bench. It was late at night. I had luggage was exhausted and not really keen to be sat on a bench with a group of guys smoking no car and I immediately felt something was wrong.
If you can't organise a taxi how can you organise operations ?
I messaged and said I was leaving.
I received a call apologising and asking me to visit the hospital. I was not keen.
It was agreed I would visit the hospital then be taken to hotel to rest and make my decision about operation. I was told I would see hospital rooms staff and it would reassure me.if not I would be taken to airport or could stay at hotel one night.
I agreed. A van arrived I can only describe as a party van. It was grubby there were pills on carpet not the prescription variety
I was shocked but it was too late.
Arrived at hospital.and it looked like a crime scene there was tape cordoning off the entire front. Its not called best clinic the name is corrum with a heart logo.
It looked refurbished but the large room by reception was unfinished.
I was greeted by three males one spoke English.
None were medical professionals.
I was taken to an office upstairs I explained I was told I would shown the facility then taken to the hotel.
This had clearly not been communicated.
I didn't get to see the facility.
Instead the English speaker told me he was a civil engineer and translator. There was no one to translate for. He told me I needed a blood test ( no one was there )
He then demanded 500 euros I calmly explained the circumstances and agreement to see facility and decide.
He then showed me pictures of face lift and nose job neither I was supposed to have
Then he made two phone calls.
By this time I was sure not to trust the clinic with an operation.
I called the contact mr rami explained what had happened.
There were .sore phone calls and then the man demanded 200 euros it wasn't even clear what for as I was doe to pay for the whole package.
I decided that my safety was not a priority and I said I was leaving. There was no lift to hotel or airport at 2am I was left in reception.area with my luggage.
I ordered an uber and flew.
They offered to pay for return flights but I would describe my experience as plastic surgery services that feel like they are run by Mafioso type.
It cost huge amount and the entire process was not great.
It may be due to rebranding but if felt unsafe.
My losses are being sought but I cannot recommend this facility as there is zero integrity.
Bonjours tout d'abord je vais me présenter je m'appelle Anthony Jai 35 ans je vient de France, plus précisément des deux sèvres nous somme venu a Istanbul avec ma conjointe pour refaire nos dent pour nous deux, et par la même occasion Jai fait la liposucions 360 au ventre a la Clinic Florya nous avions échanger avec notre consultante médical Meryem par WhatsApp au par avant.

All'arrivo ho trovato il drive che ci ha portato in clinica per un prelievo preliminare, poi in hotel per riposare e il giorno dopo ci sono venuti a prendere per andare in clinica, qui ho svolto ulteriori esami per operatori e mi hanno fatto una visita più approfondita al cuore con consulto del cardiologo perché si sono accorti di un piccolo problema questa l'ho pagata a parte, dopo l'ok del cardiologo sono stata operata. Il medico dr ahmet è molto professionale e mi ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio l'intervento nel pre operatorio c'era l'interprete italiano durante la degenza ci siamo aiutati con Google translate. Il personale tutto gentile e disponibile in particolare l'assistente Nadia e l'infermiere onur che mi è stato disponibile a spiegarmi come riuscire meglio a riprendermi.

Merci encore à toute l’équipe, best clinique Istanbul, ma BBL et ma liposuccion 360, c’est très bien passé avec le docteur Ahmet Kirazoglu Un très grand chirurgien réputé, j’avais peur, j’étais très stressée mais toute l’équipe a été au petit soins et à l’écoute pour moi. Je tiens à remercie infiniment madame Rama qui nous a bien pris soin de nous Qui nous a mis dans des très belles chambres dans la clinique et ainsi à l’hôtel, je suis venu accompagné de mon ami qui elle aussi se sent très bien. Nous avons été dans un grand hôtel, cinq étoiles. Tout s’est très bien passé que ce soit le transfert hôtel aéroport clinique. Merci encore à toute l’équipe
Je tiens à partager mon expérience pour prévenir les futurs patients, car malheureusement elle a été très décevante du début à la fin.
J’ai choisi cette clinique de chirurgie esthétique après plusieurs échanges rassurants par téléphone et par e-mail. On m’avait présenté une organisation très professionnelle, avec un accompagnement complet, une planification claire de mon séjour et un suivi personnalisé. En réalité, cela a été tout le contraire.
Dès la préparation de mon voyage, tout a été mal planifié. Les informations concernant les dates, les rendez-vous et la durée de séjour étaient imprécises et changeaient régulièrement. Une fois sur place, j’ai découvert que certains examens n’avaient pas été correctement programmés. Résultat : j’ai dû prolonger mon séjour plusieurs jours à mes frais, avec des coûts supplémentaires importants pour l’hôtel et la logistique. Aucun geste commercial ni excuse sérieuse ne m’a été proposé.
Sur place, l’organisation était chaotique. L’accueil était froid, le personnel peu disponible et parfois même désagréable. J’ai eu le sentiment d’être traité comme un simple numéro. La communication était très difficile et on ne répondait pas clairement à mes questions, ce qui est pourtant essentiel avant une intervention aussi importante.
Le point le plus préoccupant reste le chirurgien. Certaines décisions ont été prises sans mon accord ou sans m’avoir clairement expliqué les changements. Des actes qui n’étaient pas prévus initialement ont été réalisés, ce qui m’a mis dans une situation de stress et d’incompréhension. Après l’opération, on m’a également demandé des paiements supplémentaires qui n’avaient jamais été mentionnés auparavant. J’ai ressenti une forte pression pour régler ces montants, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.
Concernant le suivi post-opératoire, il a été très insuffisant. Je me suis senti abandonné après l’intervention. Les réponses à mes messages étaient tardives ou inexistantes. Aujourd’hui, je ne suis absolument pas satisfait du résultat, qui ne correspond ni à mes attentes ni à ce qui avait été présenté lors des consultations.
Avec le recul, je regrette profondément d’avoir fait confiance à cette clinique. Le manque de transparence, de professionnalisme et de respect du patient est très préoccupant. Je recommande vivement aux personnes intéressées de bien se renseigner, de demander des contrats détaillés et de comparer avec d’autres établissements avant de prendre une décision.
Pour ma part, cette expérience a été stressante, coûteuse et décevante. J’espère que ce témoignage permettra à d’autres d’éviter les mêmes erreurs.

My experience with best clinic Istanbul was ok wasn't a high level of care after the operation as I would have ask for pain relief and no one would come back to me, I was left all night until 7:30 the next day. I would have to ask for pain relief everytime I needed it, the surgeon was lovley,and im very happy with the results and onur was lovley and checked on me throughout the nights. As soon as payment was made the level of care declined. The day staff were much better than the night staff as I wasn't checked on much throughout the night.

These people start out friendly, but turn on you as soon as they get payment. They put me in a 'room with a view " of the sidewalk. They refuse to allow me to change hotels. After tearing down my teeth for crowns, they never gave me temporary crowns. And my permanent teeth were to be ready two days later again. So they lie to you throughout the whole process. But if they don't perform up to standard, I expect a full refund. I can talk to my bank and to let people know if you use a credit card, just deny the charges for poor services. Nobody deserves to be treated badly. The hotel staff here are far beyond being helpful, but refuse to give me the correct "room with a view ".
