Shükran,meine Betreuerin und Begleitung über den kompletten Zeitraum von 6 Tagen..sehr kompetent u einfühlsam.

Review of AYT Clinic
I would like to share my detailed experience with AYT Clinic through intermediaries.
The surgery was planned as a combination of several procedures. However, the operation turned out to be significantly longer and more complicated than expected. In my opinion, the clinic and the anesthesia team were not adequately prepared for such an extensive and prolonged procedure.
During the first intervention, serious difficulties with intubation occurred (multiple attempts). Before the second anesthesia, no proper examination of the airways was performed, despite the potential risk of swelling after previous manipulations. As a result, I developed hypoxia and nasal bleeding, which could potentially have led to more serious consequences.
After these complications, there was no proper follow-up or genuine concern regarding my health condition.
Documentation is another serious issue. The signed documents did not include a detailed breakdown of procedure costs. Upon request, medical documents were provided with delay. I was promised an official translation of the medical report; however, even after more than a week, I did not receive it. Instead, I was given a document in Turkish with a signature but without an official clinic stamp. For a clinic working with international patients, the absence of properly stamped documents and an English translation appears unprofessional.
Regarding coordination: the curator Eva behaved politely and correctly throughout the process. However, her partner (who is also her husband) became emotionally reactive and short-tempered when questions arose about documentation and clarifications. In a situation where a patient is already under stress due to medical complications, such communication style is inappropriate.
Financial consequences:
– €800 for one day of hospital stay and tests
– €300 for extended hotel accommodation
– additional transportation expenses
When everything goes smoothly, issues may not arise. However, when serious complications occur, I did not receive sufficient support or transparent communication.
I recommend that future patients request:
– a written detailed cost breakdown,
– clear information about anesthesia capabilities,
– officially stamped medical documents,
– and certified translations before leaving the country.
My overall experience from beginning to end was great! They delivered, however what I must make mention of is thr obvious language barrier as I only speak English. Having an interpreter with you along the process would definitely offer some reassurance. I remember being asked to sign the hospital admission paperwork and nothing was in English. Fortunately the rep put it in his phone, translated it and I was able to rule out the few bits I did not agree with! My surgeon Dr. Mehmet was not only very handsome but professional and awesome , his English was enough to get the messages across. Olivia was very available for Communication and getting things into place, she answered almost immediately to messages. She is good . The guy who I met on admission was patient and spoke some English as well. He is a star . Can't forget the pickups , drivers were nice and my stay at Dam hotel was comfortable. I am currently 10 days postop, still Communicating with them with pics and questions. So far I am truly happier than I was 3 wks ago. I sized down from 36 I to maybe B/C time will tell. I strongly recommend them and if you can afford to take someone with you that is a major bonus.

Также хочу отметить высокий уровень организации всего процесса - встреча в аэропорту, трансфер, сопровождение, размещение в отеле и прочее. Наш координатор Ева - приятная общительная девушка, всегда на связи, сопровождала на всех приемах в клиниках давала рекомендации, разъяснения, интересовалась о самочувствии, переводила с турецкого на русский. В общем период лечения был комфортным и результативным.
Клинику советую своим родственникам и знакомым.
I had a really positive experience with AYT Clinic in Antalya and would absolutely recommend them.
From the moment I arrived, the whole team were so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. The driver was great and always on time, and the care coordinator was honestly amazing. She was actually the German interpreter but stepped in to cover for the UK coordinator and did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond and genuinely made the whole experience so much less stressful — I don’t know what I would have done without her.
The surgeon was also really good and professional, and I felt very safe and well looked after throughout. The hotel staff were super lovely as well and the hotel itself is really nice.
The only downside for me was the payment side. I was originally quoted £1,300. I was told there was a 13% commission if paying by card, so I assumed that was the only way to pay in GBP. Because of that, I withdrew Turkish lira instead, and by the time I paid, the exchange rate had changed, meaning I ended up paying around £200 more than expected. I think this could be avoided in future by making it clearer that you can bring and pay in English cash, as that wouldn’t be obvious to most people since it is in Turkey.
Overall though, the care and treatment were excellent, and aside from that one issue, I had a very positive experience.
So ive used AYT clinic to book my mummy makeover with Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz and what a fantastic job they all did, can't fault the whole process, everything went smoothly and as expected, Seren was my coordinator she talked me through the process and answered any questions I had, the price quoted was the price I paid (no hidden costs) ive certainly had an excellent experience and my surgery is even better than that, highly recommend!!!

I had a tummy tuck + 360 lipo with AYT, I cannot fault the experience from the start of my consultation, right through to flying home. I was put at ease and supported throughout my surgery and afterwards in recovery, always on hand to support and help with any needs or advice. All in all a positive experience making my surgery journey so much easier.

I had my surgery with Aysel Friday. What a lovely kind lady. She explains everything extremely well and is very reassuring. Also my co ordinator Ashli was amazing too, she’s always checking up on me, very comforting and even came to pick me up on the day of my surgery although it was her day off of work… I’m 2 days post operation and so far I’m amazed at the difference a can’t wait to see after I’m fully recovered. I recently travelled to Antalya for an upper blepharoplasty at AYT Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I landed, the team had everything perfectly organised. All transfers were arranged seamlessly, from airport to hotel and then from the hotel to the clinic, which made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free.
My surgeon, Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz, was outstanding. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure clearly and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout. During the surgery, he was calm, reassuring and genuinely attentive, which made a world of difference. His skill and professionalism were evident from start to finish, and the results so far have been excellent.
AYT’s aftercare has also been exceptional. Olivia, in particular, deserves special recognition. She checked in regularly, answered every question promptly and made sure I always knew what to expect during the recovery process. Her support added a real sense of confidence and comfort.
The clinic itself was spotless, modern and felt very safe. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, polite and focused on patient care. For anyone considering cosmetic treatment abroad, I can confidently say that AYT Clinic delivers both quality and peace of mind. My experience has been first-class in every way, and I am extremely pleased with the care, communication and results.
