Visited this clinic with my brother and was looking to get a procedure done too. Adding screenshots here because in their response to his review, they claim his procedure did not work because he failed to share that he has dry scalp.
We shared this information with the consultant, in a group chat with the clinical team and again when we met with Dr. Mohammed on the day or surgery (screenshots attached).
This is quite shameful that they tried to manipulate his review with another lie. Please stop making up more lies and just own your work. Be accountable.

Post-Procedure Update on My Experience with ArtMed Turkey (NO HAIR GROWTH)
The medical consultant team at ArtMed is incredibly persuasive—they are really good at their job and convinced me to choose this clinic. However, my actual results have been disappointing, and my overall experience has left me with serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity.
Pre-Procedure Negligence: Incorrect Blood Test Results
Before my procedure, ArtMed provided incorrect blood test results, claiming that I had an STD. This sent me into a complete panic, only for me to later find out—after hours of waiting for an external lab’s confirmation—that the result was completely wrong. This was an unacceptable and avoidable mistake that caused unnecessary emotional distress.
Misleading Information About the Procedure
I was assured that my procedure would be performed by Dr. Mohammed, but that never happened. Instead, the same ladies who had done my blood test ended up performing the transplant. I was never informed of this switch until I was already in the chair—at which point, I had no choice but to proceed.
During the procedure, I almost passed out, possibly due to excessive anesthesia, improper care or maybe my body wasn’t used to the treatment. Later, I lost consciousness at my hotel. Had I been alone, this could have been extremely dangerous (highly recommend to have a friend/family to care for you).
Relentless Pressure to Leave a Review
Right after the procedure, ArtMed pestered me non-stop to leave a positive review. The guides and consultants were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel inclined to say good things at the time. However, a review right after the procedure doesn’t reflect real results—which, in my case, have been nonexistent.
Failed Results & No Accountability
Now, over a year later, the procedure has not resulted in any significant hair growth—despite following every post-op instruction, sending photos on a cadence and taking additional medications they recommended, including finasteride.
When I reached out for support, they initially responded with generic advice and even suggested that I consider another transplant with them. However, when I requested a refund, they completely ghosted me.
The consultant who convinced me to do the procedure, the host who facilitated my stay, and even the business manager—all of them have vanished. No responses, no accountability, and no attempt to rectify the situation.
Final Thoughts
The deception, lack of medical professionalism, and zero aftercare accountability make it clear that ArtMed Turkey is not a trustworthy clinic. If you're considering a hair transplant in Turkey, please look elsewhere—don’t risk your health, money, and well-being on a clinic that refuses to stand by its work.
If a clinic is more focused on getting immediate positive reviews rather than delivering real results, that should be a red flag. I regret trusting ArtMed, and I hope my experience helps others make a more informed decision.

They should put a disclaimer. They cannot help you if you are bald. They can fix small patches and receding hairlines only.
While the concierge service is top-notch and they have very good customer service.
My experience, when I walked in I got to talk to the head doctor. He draws the lines on your head where they're going to insert the hairs. He seems like a very seasoned doctor, he's in the right age you would expect for someone with years of experience. But the people that do the actual work were in their twenties, it was two females(maybe this explains the cheap price for the procedure). While they were both very sweet and nice even though they didn't speak english, they had a warm sense about them. During the procedure they were both laughing and even singing songs, which I thought was okay because I wanted them to be in a good mood while they were doing my during the procedure. They would randomly stop the procedure and fully enthrall themselves into the songs they were singing and they would sing together in unison, and then giggle. But in hindsight I wish I would have told him to shut up and just focus on the job.
They put too much hair on one side of my dome. Actually in the frontal lobe left corner. That's the only spot that looks like a decent amount of hair and then the rest of it kind of fades off. Overall I would say it was a terrible job. Another note the entire top of my skull, the scalp itself has no sensation and is numb. Definitely lots of nerve damage and every time I bend over just for a few seconds, blood rushes to the top of my head, it turns beet red and I can feel it pulsing(8 months post-procedure). In the very center of my head I was left with two very large scars, where no hair will be able to grow there at all. It's actually quite hideous , and everywhere I go, people stare at those scars. People look me in the eye but their eyes always go back up to my scars. Before this procedure I had a decent bald head that over the years I was growing to actually be comfortable with. But now I just have all these weird patches of hair and scarring on the top of my head and I need to wear a hat for confidence.
I followed the book and did everything exactly the way they told me to. But the results were a failure.
Again if you just have a bald spot on the back of your head, or receding hairline, they can help you. But if you're fully bald like I was, then you should just wait for medical advancements like hair cloning. The reason I say this is because they could not collect enough donor hair for all of the amount of coverage I needed
