İğrenç bir deneyim yaşadım. Transfer rezervasyonu sırasında havale ile ödeme seçtim ve daha sonra ön ödeme yapmam gerektiğini görünce rezervasyon yapmaktan vazgeçtim. Ekranda 30 dakika içinde ödeme yapılmazsa rezervasyonun otomatik olarak iptal edileceği yazıyordu ve bundan dolayı kendim iptal etmedim ve başka bir firmadan rezervasyon yaptım. Ancak havalimanına gitmem gereken günde iki tane araba geldi. Ve bu firmanın şoförü bana Antalyadan ozel olarak buraya geldiğini söyledi ve eğer arabasına binmzesem yine de ona para vermem gerektiğini söyledi, yüksek sesle konuşmaya hatta bağırmaya başladı ve polisi cagirmakla bizi tehdit etti. Ardindan patronunu aradi ve telefonu bana verip patronu da bana bagirip tehdit etti. Annemle çok büyük bir gerginlik yaşadık öyle ki kendisi AĞLADI bile. Ve mecburen bu arabya binmek zorunda kaldık (neyse ki diger firmanın aracını iptal edebildik). Resmen gaspa uğramış gibi hissettik kendimizi. Her nasil bir anlaşmazlık çıksa da bu sakin bir şekilde konuşarak halledilebilirdi. Zaten Antalyadan Alanyaya gelmiş bir insanı geri cevirmezdim parasını vermeden. Bu kadar da kabalık, kabadayılık olmamalı bir insanda hele bir ozel transfer şoföründe.

Everything worked perfectly. Very good and friendly driver. Nice car. Fair price like it was communicated before booking. We did a custom trip: Belek-Perge-Aspendos-Side and back in a day and had plenty of time to explore everything on our own. Highly recommended.

I got a transfer service from Antalya airport to our hotel in Side for our 2 family group on August 7th, their driver helped us with all our luggage, we are really grateful to him, also although our flight was delayed for 1 hour, they met us at the exit gate on time, they offered free drinks for the children, great service from start to finish, thank you.

This is my third time in Antalya and I chose vip transfer service from different companies. both companies sent a normal vehicle as vip. this company sent a really excellent vip vehicle. They do a really good job. I will recommend it to all my friends.

We ordered a VIP car. Instead, a regular Vito arrived. There was no water in the car. The air conditioning was bad. It was very hot. It was not a comfortable transfer. Very friendly service. On arrival to Antalya, we were warmly greeted by the owner who was friendly and escorted us to our transfer. The mercedes vans were clean, comfortable and drivers were amazing. Had hired for airport transfers and also hired a driver for one day. The service was amazing and I give this 5 out of 5 stars. I will look to book with you guys in the future next time i come to Antalya

Wir nahmen mit unseren Freunden einen Transfer vom Flughafen Antalya zum Feriendorf in Side, der Fahrer holte uns am Ausgang ab und brachte uns in einem hervorragend klimatisierten Fahrzeug ohne Wartezeit bei heißem Wetter zu unserem Hotel. Ich werde bei meiner Rückkehr die gleiche Firma wählen. Ihre Fahrzeuge sind sehr gut und ihr Timing ist sehr gut.

I received a transfer service from Alanya to Antalya airport 2 days ago. The vehicle was clean, thank you very much for the child seat and free drinks. Also, the driver was very kind and polite and helped us with our luggage to the airport desks. I definitely recommend.

Erstmal komisch und fraglich, dass es nur türkische Rezessionen gib, welche zudem sehr knapp beschrieben wurden! Positiv ist, dass die Kommunikation sehr schnell stattgefunden hat und die Buchung sofort bestätigt wurde. Wir wurden am Tag der Abholung pünktlich im Hotel abgeholt und auch mit dem gebuchten VIP Fahrzeug - soweit sogut. Der Fahrer stieg aus dem Auto und begrüsste weder meine Frau noch mein Kind oder mich - sehr unfreundlich. Die Fahrt selbst war eine Katastrophe und hat nichts mit einem VIP Service zu tun. Der Fahrer raste und klebte sehr nah an den davor fahrenden Fahrzeugen. Ständiges ruckartiges und abruptes abbremsen vor den Ampeln sowie kam es beinahe zu einem Unfall, weil sich der Fahrer zwischen einem Auto und einem Truck durch drängen wollte. Die Klima war voll aufgedreht und es wurde nichtmals ein kleines Fläschchen Wasser zur verfügung gestellt, den Fahrer interessierte nichts. Wir waren mit einem 9 Monate altem Baby auf dem Schoss unterwegs - bei normalem Menschenverstand weiss man, dass man vernünftig und sicher zu fahren hat. Zudem war der Fahrer ständig am telefonieren und somit abgelenkt bis wir selbst einschreiten mussten und den Fahrer bitten mussten etwas langsamer und vorsichtiger zu fahren. Angekommem am Flughafen hatten wir knapp 62€ zu bezahlen, weil es hiess, dass man nur Cash zahlen kann. Ich hatte 70€ und hatte es nicht kleiner - der Fahrer meinte lediglich, dass er nichts zum Wechseln hätte und meinte stink frech dann von wegen "gibst du 70€, Rest Trinkgeld für mich". Sollte dieses Unternehmen nur diesen einen Fahrer haben, dass empfehle ich es ganz und gar nicht, wenn man einen sicheren VIP Service erwartet.
