Not a bad airport. Food & drink options in the departure lounge are plentiful. Can’t really get lost. The only downsides are one to many security check points. I agree with safety, but would be better to have a one security point does all. The area for transfers by taxi/coach could be better signed as I almost missed it. Main burden was there were no free drinking fountains/water refill stations. Starbucks only offer one small plastic cup after some negotiation. The heat inside the airport makes it very uncomfortable to go around the airport without water.
It is too warm no need to be that warm in an airport, ventilation appears to be not working correctly. Everyone is red in the face, unnecessarily warm.

An airport made for animals, not human beings. There is no waiting area for passengers. There is nowhere to sit.
There is nowhere to shelter from the rain, wind, cold, or heat. You have to wait standing outside. There is no one to give you information about delayed flights. There are no information screens. There are no restrooms. Disgusting, a disgrace, and we're talking about an international airport. UN aeropuerto hecho para ANIMALES, no para seres HUMANOS. NO existe un lugar para esperar a los pasajeros. NO hay lugar para sentarse.
No hay un lugar para resguardarse de la lluvia, viento , frio, calor. Tenes q esperar PARADO afuera. Sin ninguna persona que te peuda dar información sobre el arrivo de vuelos demorados. NO hay pantallas de información. NO hay baños. UN ASCO , UNA VERGUENZA y estamos hablando de un aeropuerto de arrivo internacional .- İnsanlar için değil, hayvanlar için yapılmış bir havaalanı. Yolcular için bekleme alanı yok. Oturacak yer yok.
Yağmurdan, rüzgardan, soğuktan veya sıcaktan korunacak yer yok. Dışarıda ayakta beklemek zorundasınız. Gecikmeli uçuşlar hakkında bilgi verecek kimse yok. Bilgi ekranı yok. Tuvalet yok. İğrenç, utanç verici ve uluslararası bir havaalanından bahsediyoruz.
Güzel aslında ama oturulacak yer yok o kadar olur tuvaletler güzel hijyenik ama bir hamburger ve pepsi 1000 lira bu çok yani yapılısının maliyeti bile 200 falandır
Gerçekten bu kalabalık havalanda böyle sistem çok saçma
Terminal 1 ve 2 arasında birtane servis ayarlamışlar normalde 5 dakikada bir gelmesi gerekiyor oda her 40 dakikada donup geliyor sabah saat 3de donduk orda
Worst airport ever. Made me never want to return to turkey. Cant decide if the country is worse than the airport but never again. Oh and how disgusting are the staff
Wir sind schon sehr oft hier gelandet und abgeflogen. Es ist ein guter Flughafen mit annehmbaren Wartezeiten. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind extrem hoch. (September 2025)
